I'm looking for an old Steve/Tony fic with cis girl Tony, in which she is a former Miss America. I've searched every way I can and found this one by gyzym, which is an awesome Tony/Rhodey fic, but I swear I remember one that was Tony/Steve, because I'm sure there was a joke in there about Captain America dating Miss America.

Hey, everyone! I'm looking for a specific Stucky fic that I read on ao3 ages ago. In fact, I'm pretty sure it was a series, but maybe not.

It was a pre-war Stucky story with always-a-girl!Steve. Stucky was married when they went to the Expo where they met Howard. Stucky and Howard became friends and both Bucky and Steve (Steph?) are injected with the serum eventually, but I think Bucky was first. Sarah Rogers and Mrs. Barnes were featured as was the Rogers' Irish heritage. Lots of Irish endearments from the characters, especially Bucky (he picked it up from the Rogers.

I am looking for a fic where a female Tony Stark wears a strange mechanical "exoskeleton" over her legs to help her walk... I think that Steve actually broke/damaged it when he crashed into her when he panicked in the Helicarrier and tried to escape after he was defrosted...

I think I remember that Darcy was involved in a poly relationship with Clint, and maybe Natasha and Bruce. But the scene I really remember involves her getting a REALLY bad sunburn from not letting the sun screen soak in for the requires 5 minutes?, and Tony making a joke that she looks like she has 'that' skin condition. Darcy asks if he means vitiligo, and Tony answers 'No, leprosy'.

SO I've been trying find a Tony/Steve where Steve was always a women. At some point during the story they are doing a radio show and Steve verbally rips into this really misogynistic ass, and then goes online and finds all these other women that the broadcaster was slimy to as well. She then makes him apologize. Steve also starts to fall for Tony but doesn't say anything because she is waiting for him to approach her. I also remember that at some point she goes shopping (with Pepper? Don't really remember) and gets a more modern haircut.

Looking for a specific fic with always-a-girl Clint, probably but not definitely paired with Bruce. May have been part of a series. There was one part where the Avengers are at a function and Bruce is attacked, with the intention of making him go on a rampage. Fem!Clint is the only one able to calm him down. I think at one point to prove to reporters how in control Bruce is, Fem!Clint goes to sit with a still transformed Hulk while reporters take some photos.

Sorry, I don't remember a lot of details, but fem!Hawkeye and clint/Bruce are both fairly uncommon, so I'm hoping someone can help me find it.

I believe it was only Clint that was genderswapped.

Wow, this is embarrassing, because this is one of my favourite fic. I'm watching the Swedish royal wedding on TV and it reminded me of this fic... It is a series with three parts so far, I think. It starts with imprisoned!Loki falling in love with Tony and escaping to earth and posing as Tony's new (female) assistant. They have sex, fall in love, Loki is outed, they eventually marry... The most memorable part is that Loki poses as, or is, the Queen of Air and Darkness, and Tony somehow becomes Sidhe royalty through Loki. Anyone?

All right, I don't know where this came from, but I'm just wondering if there are any fics out there with fem Tony Stark, where she and her partner have anal sex. I could have sworn this was on AO3, but some truly desperate searching has turned up no trace. I remember that Clint and Phil weren't a couple, but then Phil got turned into a woman and essentially lived with Clint for a week or so in the immediate aftermath, after which they started dating. Phil retrained with Maria Hill and Natasha in order to requalify as a field agent, was horrified by a talk with Hill about the realistic outcomes for female agents, and at some point she gave him a chocolate bar or something (don't know why this stuck with me).

I think he and Clint might have gotten married at some point, and possibly there was cross-dressing involved in the aftermath of this. Phil turned back, and there was a sequel or an epilogue where it happened again and the Avengers were shocked by how well Phil was coping with the immediate realisation.

Does this ring any bells?

Hello again, last time I got ao many great recs and I'm here to ask again.
Im looking for a shape shifting fics.
Especially 1) loki shifts into a female (though always if, if you find worthy, is fine.)
And 2) loki shifts into somw kind of animal (hopefully not only a kitten.)
Im looking for the easily missed fics on AO3, fics on LJ/Tumblr, etc or on FF (which I can't navigate to save my life)
I prefer avengers involved, dont mind if gen slash, or het (only with female! Loki).
Dont mind any warnings, like them long and angsty but everything you guys find good enough to recommend is fine.

So! I don't know if a fic like this exists, but if anyone finds something that fits, it would be awesome! Basically, I want Tony having been born a girl. Something happened before Afghanistan (i.e. chemical explosion, magic ray of doom, whatever) that turns her into a boy. S/he contiinues living like that, because Howard is an a**h*** and believes that girls can't lead a company or some other stupid thing like that. The Avengers don't know about any of this and think he was a boy since birth. Again, something happens, reversing whatever made her a him and making him a her. Cue the Avengers extremely shocked-ness.

P.S. If someone could help me understand where to post prompts and how, that would be extremely helpful, especially beause most of this is my own head-canon and it is unlikely that fic exists like this... ^^

I'm just wondering if anyone has come across any amazing (preferably real world, but not necessarily) AUs of Loki/Clint. I've read "I've Suffered Shipwrecks", "Gnossiene", "The Avengers High School AU" (by DonRicci, because that title is fairly vague), and was looking for more.

I'm fine with just about anything, but I am quite sick of the non-con/dub-con side of Clint/Loki's relationship... All the fics I come across seem to involve that in some way.

If anyone can also recommend some Kid!Loki fics (where he's an adorable cherub and not a criminal mastermind in the making, and where, preferably, the Avengers are looking after him) I'd also appreciate that.

Hi all, looking for these two fics:

The first one is Bucky/Steve, and Bucky is a girl (always a girl!) and Steve has been keeping her secret since they were in the army. In the present, Steve becomes good friends with Coulson who is with Clint. Coulson believes Steve is gay and was with Bucky, and that one reason he always looked up to Captain America was because he found solace in his hero having loved a man as well. I think his aunt was Peggy, too???? Anyway, when the Winter Soldier is found, Coulson feels all betrayed because Steve had them all think he was gay when he'd been in love with girl!Bucky all along.

The second one, I can actually barely remember what it was about. I just remember this single thing about how the team had Movie nights, which everyone really thought of as experimental kitchen nights since Tony turned out to be amazing in the kitchen. At one point, Darcy found cookbooks stashed away somewhere????

Yeah, the second is pretty vague. The first is just at the tip of my tongue, I know, but I just can't find it!!

I remember this one story where Loki turns Steve Rogers into a woman, and that the only way to turn him back is to marry (and do the nasty with) Tony Stark. The spell in particular was referred to as 'lock and key.'
I'm pretty sure that Steve becomes pregnant even after the transformation back, so it may also be considered mpreg. I cannot for the life of me find it again.

I read a story where Iron Man was a female genius, billionaire, etc. Antoinette "Tony" Stark, I think? She's as dysfunctional and stubborn as Tony ever was, very much one of the guys, and I remember it being fun wish fulfillment with snappy dialog and believable characterizations. Steve literally comes to her 'hat in hand' at one point to apologize for something. I think it was a comment he made about her father? Anyway, the long and short is that I can't seem to find it on the AO3 (where I first read it), and the Avengers fandom is so huge that I'm sort of despairing of looking until I come across it. But I really want to pass it on to a friend. The only other significant plot point I can think of is that at the end, Tony and Steve decide to have children together, but Tony has no intention of spending nine months pregnant. Instead, she researches like crazy and builds a surrogate womb in her lab that Jarvis monitors 24/7. The last chapter is written from the point of view of their (incredibly smart, now school-age) son. I hope this description rings bells for other fans. If it does, thanks in advance for helping me find this.

I'll be moving upstate in a few days and would really appreciate some fic recs to dump on my ereader! I'm looking primarily for stories that are epic in length, 50k words at least. Most of my reading so far has been in the Thor/Loki part of the fandom, but I'm branching out to Loki/Tony a bit as well. Completed fics are preferred, but active WIP are very welcome as well!

I tend towards slash fics, but am open towards het pairings or OT3+ pairings as well. Slow buildup for romance is great, although fics that deal with already established relationships are also good. Lots of drama! High tension! But also some comedy or fluff to balance it out. (Pretty much anything by scifigirl47 for example. XD ) I like fics that can hit a range of tone but still come together coherently.

I am an absolute stupid sucker for the following: jotun!Loki, competant!Thor, Tony being a smartass, Clint living in vents, Pepper being awesome, Avengers family feels, Tony's robots, space pirates (I blame Bend Around the Wind for that), Norse mythology ala Asgard, mythology remixes, putting the "universe" in MCU, exploring Jotenheim, exploring Jotuns, intersex!Jotuns, Loki getting 'redeemed' but still being a snarky little morally gray bastard, arranged marriage, the Avengers going from a team to a family, Natasha keeping her cool while everyone else loses their shit, etc.

Death!fics and heavy angst fics I have to take on a case by case basis. I can get immense satisfaction out of fics that put me through the emotional wringer, but don't enjoy stuff that makes me feel like I'm getting punished for reading it.

tl;dr : Moving, need long fics, so what's your favorite pairing/trope and what would you call its must read epics?

(FLAG [Fanfiction Lightweight Automated Grabber) is pretty damned awesome for folks trying to download from fanfiction.net and a tidy handful of other websites! )

I'm sorry to bother you guys again but I've been looking for this fic for weeks now and I'm about to go barking mad because I can't find it. Our great googly overlord has failed me.

It's a genderbend fic, with fem!Tony, and everyone else was the same (I think, except Pepper?). And the only thing I remember is that there was a quote attributed to her, in the fic. She said that if you googled her name, the first thing that would come up was "My mind was born to electricity". Because she remembers her first lesson in tech ended with her being shocked by something.

If I remember correctly it was a running theme in the fic, and it was beautifully written.

So it was a fic, with the quote "my mind was born to electricity". It might have been "sparked" instead of "born" but something like that.

I'm on my knees. Pretty please?

Also, a general request, any fics in which Tony is, and has always been a woman, and everyone else is still the same. I don't particularly care about the pairing but I do favour Tony/Loki. Team fics or plotted stuff or porn, whatever. Give me Tony as a woman, because unf. xP

I know Loki's gender and sex are portrayed as fluid, both in Canon and Fanon, but I was wondering if there are any fics out there which involve specifically always-a-girl!Loki, either with Steve or with Tony as the pairing if anyone.

Also, I'm looking for fics in which Loki and Tony (or Bruce) are intellectual equals, or at least, can back talk like champs. As in, I'm looking for fics in which Tony and Loki can keep up with each other, and there is snark, and possibly Fluff. I don't mind if it's Bruce instead of Tony. Come to think of it, is Bruce/Loki out there, somewhere?

Hi there! First time posting to this community, so I hope I'm doing it right. I have a pretty long list for things that I'm looking for, but hopefully there's enough so that there's something to find. ;D The list is:

1. Fics where the team finds out that Steve can use the Mjolner.
2. Good bro!fics between Steve and Thor.
3. Good Steve/Natasha fics. (I actually have an OTP other than Zuko/Katara or Sheldon/Penny!)
4. Devious!Steve fics. Basically fics where it shows that he's more than an goody-two shoes virgin, that he can actually pull a prank on someone and do it well.

I'm searching for two fairly short fics.

The first one was always-a-woman!Tony/Steve, told from Clint's POV I think, and I definitely read it on AO3. The gist of it is, Tony's been acting weird and Clint is observing her in her workshop, and he comes up with the basic conclusion of "I dunno, she seems fine except she hasn't had any coffee at all today and she strapped speakers to her torso for no apparent reason." Turns out, she's pregnant and hasn't told anyone yet. Steve goes a little crazy throwing the coffee away when he finds out. Found. Clint Barton, Boy Detective by damalur.

The second fic, I think I read this one on LJ but I'm not positive, was either gen or Tony/Steve. The team is trapped in a cave with basically no means for escape. The Iron Man suit is in ruins, so Tony can't blast them all out. What Tony eventually does is create a bomb (or something) to blow up the debris blocking the way. The thing is, he has to remove the arc reactor for the bomb to work (which he doesn't tell anyone). Found. Blow Out by xaritomene.
