Searching for a Steve/Tony fic from AO3 with genderflipped Tony

I read a story where Iron Man was a female genius, billionaire, etc. Antoinette "Tony" Stark, I think? She's as dysfunctional and stubborn as Tony ever was, very much one of the guys, and I remember it being fun wish fulfillment with snappy dialog and believable characterizations. Steve literally comes to her 'hat in hand' at one point to apologize for something. I think it was a comment he made about her father? Anyway, the long and short is that I can't seem to find it on the AO3 (where I first read it), and the Avengers fandom is so huge that I'm sort of despairing of looking until I come across it. But I really want to pass it on to a friend. The only other significant plot point I can think of is that at the end, Tony and Steve decide to have children together, but Tony has no intention of spending nine months pregnant. Instead, she researches like crazy and builds a surrogate womb in her lab that Jarvis monitors 24/7. The last chapter is written from the point of view of their (incredibly smart, now school-age) son. I hope this description rings bells for other fans.
