You should definitely check out An Ever Fixed Mark (http://archiveofourown.org/works/408631) by Elspeth Dixon and Seanchai. It's not Always A Girl!Tony, but Loki's mischief that turns him into one.

These are all Steve/Tony as that's one of my fav pairings.

Knights in Shining Armour (No, really, it's incredibly shiny) (http://archiveofourown.org/works/586141) I adore this one, it's got a very tomboy!Tony and compares Steve to a beautiful princess. :D

Grip and Hold (http://archiveofourown.org/series/32940) I can't really remember this one, but i have it bookmarked, so reason stands that I liked it. I think it starts as your classic Steve and Tony butt heads after the movie, but you know...with girl!Tony.

My ultimate favorite: A Study in Crimson and Viridian (http://archiveofourown.org/series/26512). The pairing is FrostIron, genderbent Tony and male Loki. This series blows my mind away; the relationship development is slow, vibrating with tension and all kinds of phenomenal. Still a WIP, but the author updates pretty frequently compared to other series in fanfic, so all in all I definitely recommend you give it a try.
