Hello all! I've been looking for a story and I'm beginning to think I'm mushing two together. What I remeber is: Steve and Sharon are together. Steve disappears through a portal or rift, etc. Sharon finds out she's pregnant and tells Tony she has no interest in raising the baby. Tony adopts her. Steve comes back 5, 10 years later and Tony panics that Steve will want to take the little girl.

Any ideas? Is this one story or actually two?

I think Darcy and Steve were dating but Bucky wasn't happy about it.
Bruce had a accident in the lab and they all got de-aged (not bruce he turned into the hulk)
Natasha and Sam took on mom and daddio roles.
it was really sweet.
the 3 main ended up slowly aging up.
it had major polyamorous tones, but they were down played as DARCY/steve/bucky are young kids for most of the fic.
there was uncle tony and guest cameo by tutor spiderman.

What I remember is that Steve gets hit with something that sends him to a different universe. He had been dating Sharon Carter before he disappeared and she finds out she is pregnant with his child but doesn't want to keep it. She tells Tony and he takes care of everything before deciding to adopt the child himself because he was in love with Steve himself. When the child (I believe a girl) is about 4 or 5 Steve returns. Time had passed differently where he was and he hadn't realized he'd been gone so long. He and Tony get together in the end. I think the universe he was in had a female Tony that his counterpart was married to?

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Hey All,

I'm looking for a fic that I'm dying to read again, but for the life of me I can't remember enough details to find it. So, I thought I would ask you all for help.

~~Steve goes down in the ice, but somehow his mind/spirit finds its way to a nightlight(??) that Howard built and put in Baby!Tony's nursery.
~~There was a scene between Howard and Maria around when the machine/nightlight was put in Baby!Tony's room, a vague "brining home baby" theme a think, but I'm not sure.
~~I remember something about Tony calling or thinking of Steve as the "Sssshhh Man" or something like that because even though Steve was aware of someone being beyond the murky surrounding he was lost in he couldn't really comminucate more than a shushing/whisper sound at first.
~~The more the years pass the more Steve was able to communicate in actual words, but I think mostly he could only communicate with Tony for some reason.

Annnddd... that's about it. I just distinctly remember the machine/nightlight/?? Howard invented, it being in Baby!Tony's room, the shushing noise Steve made at first that only Tony heard and being able to talk later on. I know it ends with Steve waking up and him being with Tony in the end, but that's it.

Alright, this is what I remember: After CA:TWS Bucky is on the run and runs into a little girl whose parents were just killed or he killed them. He keeps the little girl, they travel often then end up in Miami. It ends up being a Bucky/Steve fic but most of it centers on Bucky being raising the girl. Please help! not sure if I read it on AO3 or FF.NET.

I read this a while ago and apparently didn't bookmark it, and now I can't find it anywhere.
It was on AO3 I believe,

Basically Steve and Darcy have been dating for a while when a still recovering Buck and Steve have a big fight.
Steve decided to leave for a while and goes to a cabin Tony owns up state in the mountains.
After he leaves Darcy finds out she's pregnant, but decides not to tell Steve for now, not wanting to pressure him into returning.
In Steve's absence Bucky steps up taking care of Darcy, which actually helps in his recovery.
The story follows Darcy through her pregnancy and eventually her going up to visit Steve.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Kid/JiM Loki ends up in Avengers movie, MCU Loki thinks kid Loki is his son and makes brainwashed Clint protect him. I remember kid Loki hugging his 'dad,' wondering if he can help free Clint and Selvig, and wearing a shirt that implied he's lying.
I'm fairly certain this was a kink meme fill but can't recall if it as norsekink or avengerkink...

Hi! I saw this once on this website, but it seems the post beens deleted or something? Anyway, the premise is basically that Tony does everything for the Avengers but they dont realize.

it has past mpreg, Tony's daughter's name is Michelle and she lives in the NY mansion, the Avengers dont know about her. He brings her to the tower under the pretense of her doing a school project and that she is the daughter of one of the maids. She is actually the one who asks Tony why they dont say thank you.

Steve likes(?) Tony and keeps sleeping with him when he's in heat. Tony thinks he's just, like, stress relief, and eventually ends up getting a collar-type thing to protect his neck from Steve accidentally biting him (like mating bite or something)

the collar, i know, is made of leather and has symbols on it, of a rattle (for michelle) and steve's shield

Tony cooks all their breakfasts, he knows what everyone likes and makes pancakes often, and only eats the first, burnt pancake. he always eats smaller portions than everyone else.

some of the other avengers try cooking instead, and tony gets upset that everyone has the wrong meal and that someone else got the burnt pancake and was saying things about how the other person didnt deserve to have the bad pancake

its just a lot of insecurity and sad but if anyone knows what this is, i would be v grateful!

I read it fairly recently and I think it was a one-shot or two-shot. It started with Harry storming the Helicarrier, seemingly evil and threatening, demanding Fury to return what he's stolen from him. The Avengers were there and Steve was very judgmental and said something about "guys like you". Then it was revealed that Fury had kidnapped Teddy, who was ill due to missing his potions, and Harry was just a parent defending his child.

The fic I'm looking for is an AU. Loki is sentenced in Asgard. As reparation, he has to give Thor an heir. A year later, after birthig a healthy boy, Loki demands his freedom and leaves for Midgard.
Odin, as one more insult, went back on his word and didn't give Loki his magic back, but Loki was not surprised.
On Earth, Loki finds a job in a stop-motion studio. After some time, Tony Stark starts funding the studio (i don't remember if he did so because he knew Loki was there or not). Either way, Pepper is a frequent guest at the studio, to check up on their work. She and Loki get to talking, and he eventually tells her what his sentence had been (Tony promises not to tell Thor where he was).
Loki and Pepper get closer, start dating and eventually marry. Their first child has Down Syndrome. Loki tells Pepper that if he had had such a child on Asgard, both of them would have been killed cause Asgard would believe that Loki birthed a not-perfect child to spite them. Had he'd birthed a girl, he would've been given back to Thor to try again). I think Pepper and Loki also had twins later on.
They got a house, and they were very happy in their lives. Then Thor came by, and pleaded with Loki to return to Asgard because 'their' son misses him. Thor said that the boy is very unhappy because he is not treated well by either Odin or the rest of Asgard (i think). Loki's reply to that is 'what did you expect, he came from me'. Loki refuses to go, and Pepper chases Thor away.
In the last part, Loki finds a silver hair and realises that Odin took away his immortality along with his magic, possibly as one more spit in the face. Except it turned out for the best, as Loki won't have to watch his entire family grow old and die around him.
The End

Wow, that is specific. Does anyone recall a fic like that? Please? I'm fairly certain it was on lj somewhere, but where exactly escapes me.

I just recced All the Leaves are Brown to someone, where WS!Bucky raises Tony after Howard and Maria's deaths...

Now I wondering if anyone can rec me more of this type. You know, where Phil raises Clint, or Bucky raises Tony, Steve raising Peter, or Teen!Thor raising Baby!Loki, or Nick Fury raising Steve/Bucky (these are examples I HAVE already read), so I know they are out there... just I have no idea how to go about finding them. Please no 'incest' between parent and kids.

AUs are welcome (obviously), but no de-aging. MPreg will also do, as long as it's NOT Mpreg!Bucky (yes, there is a series where Nat is Bucky's bio mpreg-daughter).

My preferred pairings are Nat/Clint, Steve/Bucky but I'm pretty flexible about it, with exception of Steve/Tony and Nat/Bruce (NO Steve/Tony or Nat/Bruce).

Another search reminded me of a story I'd like to find. There's a good fic where coulson's family is unaware of what he does and treat him like a loser. He has a brother and perhaps a sister. It's either coulson/clint or coulson/steve. soryy I can't remember more, but it was a relly awesome story. I think it was a series. I'm not sure if it's the same story, but in one part coulson is deaged and his family get custody and tell steve or clint that they won't allow coulson to get reinvolved with the avengers.I may be mashing 2 stories, cause in one memory coulson's brother is actually malicious. There's also a scene where a helicopter comes and lands on the front lawn of coulson's family's house?

I am looking for an au fic in a world where Tony is significantly younger than the rest of the Avengers. An AI (Jarvis, but they don't know that) takes over the world, and when SHIELD sends the rest of the usual Avengers in to rescue kid!Tony Stark from the AI they find Jarvis, who was created by Tony to keep him safe. I remember a scene with Jarvis (in a robot body I think) interacting with the Avengers when Tony comes down the stairs saying he is sick and Jarvis sending one of the Iron Man suits to help him I think. And Bruce goes along to check on him. Basically, tinygenius!Tony and overprotective!Jarvis and the Avengers getting caught up in it. Please help me find this, it's driving me crazy!

I remember that I found it on deviantart; it was pretty short and included Fury holding kid!Clint in his arms, telling Phil he has to care for Clint. Either Phil didn't recognize Clint as a kid or Fury asked him to care for Clint, then turning around to Phil and revealing the kid; I'm not sure but I think it was more like the second one.

For those who haven't read it, it's a great fic where HYDRA attempts to clone Steve, and ends up with several asthmatic shrimpy kids with stubborn attitudes. Then the Winter Soldier rescues them.

Hey community! I went through a lot of what I thought were relevant tags and couldn't find what I was looking for so I'm hoping someone can help me out. Pretty please with a Dean Winchester on top!

I think it's a well known fic and I thought it was recced in this community. Maybe it was and I just don't have any luck right now. Anyways it's a Stony Fic where they have a kid, pretty sure an adopted boy who either wasn't Peter at all or was just named Peter (?) and Howard shows up, I believe time travel, and is his normal jerky self but Steve doesn't believe Tony when he tells Steve that until Steve overhears mean Howard being insulting to either the kid and Tony or just the kid. ( Holy run on sentence Batman! )

I also believe it was relatively short and either on AO3 or LiveJournal. That's all I remember, hope this rings a bell for someone. Thank you for at least reading this :)

Two of my very favorite series are Family by f_romanoff_13 and love is for children by ysabetwordsmith. Now im looking for some really good family fics. The avengers having kids im fine with as long as they arent peter parker. I dont really like loki to be in them, though i once read a really good thorki kid one so i guess it doesnt matter. The avengers simply coming together as a great eam and family to each other (especially since none of them had a good one growing up) would be great as well. Or if they were all kids in an au. Ive read fury is father coulson is father orphans foster homes all of it is good. Hey guys I was wondering if I could get a little help. I remember reading a fic a while back I think on AO3. It was Stony. Steve owned a coffee shop and had custody of Peter. Tony comes in from time to time, usually hungover, and Steve generally doesn't like him. Eventually they move past it. I'm pretty sure it was a nonpowered AU as well. Okay, I'm driving myself nuts. I thought I had this bookmarked. I thought I had it *saved* for pity's sake. Definitely on Ao3. Phil is still recovering from being stabbed thru the chest. Phil and Nick are an established couple of many years. They have a house together somewhere in driving distance of SHIELD. Clint has been in a non-romantic, non-sexual relationship with them for some time less than how long they've been a couple. Basically he's their kid. He acts younger when he's with them. No specific age, just a kid. He has a blanket. He gets read a bedtime story. He's wets the bed (not on purpose) and tries to change the sheets himself but they wake up. He's not in trouble for it but Nick puts him a diaper for the rest of the night and Phil tucks him back into bed. He gets scolded by Nick for eating in the living room and I think directly out of the cereal box.

I can remember most everything except the author and title. This is one of my favorites and I'm driving myself nuts trying to find it. Please help.

I want something about Lokis kids. Ive heard he had like a bunch of weird animal kids, but also regular Asgardian and/or Frost Giant kids as well as him and Thor having kids. So really ill take anything well written and actively about his kids, not just them in the background. I just read the "Kidnapping is a Bad Thing, Tony" series, and LOVED the Harley-and-Tony interaction. Can anyone recommend more fic that concentrates on them having a strong relationship, Tony taking Harley under his wing, family feels, maybe some protectiveness (from either or both).

If those are sparse, some good Tony-and-Peter Parker mentor/mentee family fic would also be welcome. I'm not overly familiar with comic verse though, so anything that strictly requires cannon knowledge is out.

All ratings, warnings and slash are ok, though if het is included it shouldn't be the focus.
