Hi all,

Back again. I am searching for an Ao3 story wherein the team decorates and Tony Is Not Having It.

I don't recall if it was because of his childhood or losing his parents or if they're living in thr tower or the mansion.

Any stories about Tony dislike December or not doing Christmas because of Trauma™️ or religious reasons welcome as well.

It was an older fic – I don’t recall if it was on AO3 or FFN…. Tony and the team were on a mission – unfortunately I don’t recall the circumstances of the mission other than it might have been somewhere in Europe. Tony was doing his Iron Man thing – helping and taking care of baddies. Something happens and he is ‘dropped’ or ‘falls’ down a crevasse or something similar. He’s pretty badly injured and trapped in a very difficult place to rescue him from. I think that JARVIS was still operational and after some effort manages to contact Cap and the rest of the Avengers…. I think….

Bruce and I think it was Cap – manage to finally get to Tony but they cannot remove him from the underground caves/caverns easily. I think they used the Iron Man armor to act as a ‘compression suit’ (help stop or slow internal bleeding) and to act as a ‘stretcher’ to get Tony out of the caves. Some areas are very tight not even easily passing the suit through much less have Bruce or Cap accompanying him.

They finally get him to an area where rescue services can then help get him the rest of the way to medical help. I’ve tried a few searches but there are so many MCU/Avengers stories out there I haven’t found it. Any help – pointers, ideas and/or links would be greatly appreciated. Im looking for some fics:

1. Steve aquires the red book of Bucky's commands and uses it to make Bucky his own handler. I remember the were holed up in a cabin together while they worked through the Winter Soldier programing. I also know it was Stucky. Near the end they went after the septer/mind stone and Rumlow was involved.

Hopefully someone will recognize it.

2. Any really good time travel fix-its. While I prefer gen, Stucky is an acceptable alternative. Steve centric, please.

I'm looking for a fic that I've read long ago but couldn't seem to find again. Things I remember,

No one knows Tony is Iron Man.
Steve absolutely hates Tony but is friends with Iron Man.
Tony and Steve have an enemies with benefit situation going on.
Maya Hansen visits Tony seeking help from the bad guys and Steve misunderstands, thinking she's Tony's gf. He gets jealous and goes on a blind date but later becomes ashamed of himself when he realises the truth.
I think Tony and Maya is attacked in the Malibu mansion resulting in Tony being hospitalised.
At one point Iron Man gets kidnapped along with Tony and Cap and Tony appears to be uncaring of Iron Man's safety when the baddies threaten to explode the suit if Tony refused to handover sensitive info or something. Obviously the suit was empty and Tony was trying to play the baddies but Steve is horrified and tries to save him.
Steve is livid with Tony but after the suit inevitably explodes, realises it was empty.
Steve then figures out Tony always lets him and others form the worst opinion of himself and confronts Tony about it.
There was also a scene where Tony uses Morse code to communicate with some kids who were also kidnapped, I think one of the kids is Peter Parker.

I don't really know if I'm mistaking two different fics atp but it's been so long I've read it. If anyone have any clue about this fic/s please let me know!

I need some help finding a story, please. I don't remember much. I know it's set after Civil War and definitely Team Iron Man. All I remember is the reporter from the Iron Man movie, Christine Everhart, interviewing a woman, maybe former Hydra, about Wanda. The woman tells all kinds of awful stuff about Wanda, like how much she enjoyed torturing people for Hydra. I think Wanda may have hurt the woman's son? Also, probably a long story.

Does anyone remember an old MCU fic (pre-Winter Soldier, Avengers Tower frat-house heyday) where it's Steve's first Xmas in the 21st century, and he tells someone (I think Darcy) that they don't have to play the old music just for him, only to be told that everyone listens to old standards from the forties and fifties at Christmas, they're not playing that stuff just to make him comfortable.

Probably on Ao3, no idea whether it was a short one-shot or one scene in a longer fic.

There is a story in which Tony and JARVIS save lots of the exposed S.H.I.E.L.D. people, after Steve and Natasha do the Data Dump. The rescued people (and their families) are grateful and accept jobs at STARK INDUSTRIES.

So the fic I'm looking for involves part of the team de-aged. Like I know that Tony, Wanda, Clint and Natasha are. I'm not sure if Bruce is too.

Anyways it what I recall is the deaged kids are like getting dressed in a parking garage. And pretty sure Sam was there as a caregiver as are Steve and Bucky. Sam is like I think puting Tiny Tony's shoes for him.

Then pretty sure steve is trying to putcar seats in a minivan. I recall Tiny Tony trying to sneak off to one if his own cars but Bucky catches him.

I know that deaged wanda was mean to tony too.

Bucky comes back and Steve is overjoyed. Tony and Steve are in an established relationship. Tony is supportive at first, but quickly Bucky starts being really cruel and potentially abusive to Tony behind Steve's back because he doesn't believe Tony deserves to be with Steve, only Bucky does. (I think the winter solider brainwashing was still messing with him, which is why he was being so manipulative and horrible.)

Tony doesn't know what to say (and maybe he was threatened?) so he hides it from Steve. Maybe he eventually tries to tell Steve, who doesn't believe him until Bucky says something like Tony doesn't deserve him and he should be with Bucky instead- maybe tries to kiss him? Then Steve realizes that Tony was telling the truth and I think tries to go find Tony. Can't remember how it ended or if it was finished.

I read this on AO3 years ago and can't find it anywhere! Thanks so much in advance :)

The fic that I'm looking for a Stuckony one that takes place immediately after Endgame.

So Strange decides he can't just let Tony die, so he goea up to his body still on the battlefield and uses his magic to reverse it back but its still damaged from the use of the stone.

What else I remember is that Strange portals Tony to T'Challa's palace (I think) so that he can be worked on.

I know that Steve and Bucky go with them.

Later on rhodey arrives still angry at Steve regarding CW.

It was in ao3, multiple chaptera.

Looking for a eventual Stucky fic where bucky thinks steve is his handler and steve doesn't realize anything is wrong, but sam tries to tell Steve something is off. Steve gives Bucky a kitten which Bucky thinks is punishment because hydra did the same thing and killed it in front of him. It was multichaptered and I thought the title had something to do with a "kitten" or "cats"

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a specific Stony AU in which Steve is part of a gang or group of criminals, possibly with Natasha, Clint etc. and Tony is young, maybe an older teenager or young man.

It's starts out with Steve running from someone and crashing into Tony on the street. Steve pushes Tony against the wall and kisses him in order to get overlooked by his pursuers.

They somehow end up in Steve's or Tony's apartment and have sex, with it being Tony's first time bottoming. He can't quite relax and snarks to Steve, that Steve has no idea how mich this hurts. Steve replies that he does that and that is when Tony can finally relax.

That is pretty much all I remember. It was unfinished when I read ist a few years ago and the author didn't differentiate between lower and upper case im their story.

Anyone ever read it and could help out? Would be mich appreciated!

I remember a fanfiction in which Peter went to a stereotypical field trip to Stark Industries.

His teacher got mad at him for a lot of things. I seem to recall Steve and Tony were his parents (biologically or adopted). Even though Peter doesn't do anything wrong, the teacher snaps and makes him stay with the receptionist/secretary as punishment. I think the teacher breaks like his arm or he breaks it because of a fall or something because of his teacher/classmates. The receptionist hands him some water ("you must be dried out because of all those tears", or something like that) and he falls asleep until he is picked up by another Avenger (Clint?).

That's what I remember of it.
I've been searching a lot for this fic and I just cannot find it. I'm also not sure whether I'm mixing up two fics. If anyone knows it I would love to read it again! Thanks!

I am looking for a fairly short fic I read a long time ago where Tony is fiddling with alien tech in his lab and accidentally opens a window?portal? into an alternate universe; very similar to his own except that the other Avengers are much more supportive and caring.
The fic timeskips through the major events (Ultron, etc.) with Tony continuing to communicate with the 'alternate' Avengers through the portal.
Eventually, the situation in his own universe gets so bad that he opens the portal hoping to send Dum-E and U through to safety. He finds that the 'alternate Tony' has been killed in a lab explosion; the alternate Avengers persuade him to come through the portal himself and leave his own universe behind.
I think the pairing is Tony/T'challa, however am not certain of this.
It may be that this fic has been deleted, however if you recognise it, please let me know!

The snap happens, Tony, Rhodey, Widow & Rogers survive.

The surviving population are either sent to work camps or hide (I think; it's been a Long Time)

Rhodey is in a wheelchair and sticks by Tony; Rogers & Widow are sent to a work camp.

Tony ends up recreating the gauntlet (?) and saves the universe/brings people back.

Seriously though, I read this pre-2020 (iirc), so the remembery machine is mush.

Hi, I'm looking for a Bucky fic that I barely remember. Steve and Bucky have to leave wherever they are, I think because of press and they go to stay with Natasha who's working some case mostly by computer in a town. It's really hot, Bucky's really cold, sleeps a lot and has to share a sofa bed with Steve. I think Natasha was kind of over it.That's all I've got. Thanks in advance :)

I remember reading this a while ago and I can't find it anywhere. I thought I had bookmarked it, but it may have been deleted.

It's BDSM AU, or just Tony and Steve engagin in it, the whole point of the fic is that Tony is really self deprecating and bad about acepting praise or compliments or being kind to himself in general. So in one scene Steve holds him down and praises him until the point Tony is in tears. Very sweet.

I think it was a one shot, and it might have a dub-con tag on it due to the nature of the fic but I have looked for almost two weeks and can't find it.

Hello! Not sure if this group is still active but I need help. I am looking for this specific Avenger fanfic where the entire team is kidnapped and wakes up in a dark room all sitting near each other. I remember reading it a couple years ago maybe late 2018. It's similar to the start of this fic Team Building [ https://archiveofourown.org/works/26749123 ] but in this one, I am looking for each member of the original 6 who are forced to relive their past trauma. As for Steve it's about the war and the ice [if I remember correctly] and Nat's most likely about the red room. I don't remember the others but I do remember that Tony helped them through it for each person and for one of the turns he's singing as loud as he can to try and block out the sounds. Hello! No matter what I try, I cannot find this Avengers fic I read a while ago.

As far as I can remember, Tony is somehow transported to a parallel universe. He is treated poorly in his old universe (maybe abused by the team?) and is having a hard time being around the new Avengers.

They find a way to return to his old universe. Tony and a few of the Avengers return to tell his friends what happened to him and that he is going to stay in the new universe.

I am not sure but I want to say the new universe is A/B/O and Tony turns into an omega? Maybe not. I think Tony becomes romantically involved with Steve and/or Bucky?

Any help would be great. I know it is not Second Chance at Happiness, although the stories are similar.

I'm looking for a Spideypool story where all the avengers think Wade is cheating on Peter because they see him with spiderman or vise versa.

I don't know if it's a different one or I'm mixing stories up but I think they walked in on or saw a video of Wade wearing Spider-man's mask or peter wearing it and thinking Peter or Wade was cheating.

Can anyone help with this? I remember reading a fic years ago where the premise was that Steve died in the Civil War but was attached to Tony as a ghost and watched him deteriorate slowly and such and felt hopeless because he couldn't help him.

I remember Tony was Norman Osborn's prisoner at one point and I think the fic was called something like "wings"

I read this long before I could get an ao3 account so it was published sometime between 2015 and the year 2018

The title is exactly what the inciting incident of the fic was. To break out of the time loop takes a near-global effort with even the Wakandans (under their Royal Family name, Udaku) helping.

The work has to start almost afresh everyday with systems in place for the new refresh and the notes for it.

I cannot remember if the feel of the time loop spread or was confined to Steve.

Heya! Looking for two pretty specific Bucky fics, can’t find them anywhere!

The first involved Bucky slowly deteriorating due to his knock-off serum going wrong, almost like a terminal auto-immune disease. It was all set in avengers tower, and at the same time Pepper’s Extremis is getting more unstable and Tony is frantically trying to find a cure. I seem to remember that at the 11th hour they realise bucky’s serum can save pepper, and then just as pepper is saved, Bucky is at death’s door and Tony is about to thank Bucky with a fireworks show (using the last of extremis), they realise extremis can in turn save Bucky. Desperate to find this one but having no joy.

The second fic was about Bucky getting closure for/grieving his lost arm. Him and Steve trek into the Alps where he fell, find the arm frozen (in a river I think?) and then cremate it using a little gadget Tony made them. Not a lot of plot from what I remember but really moving!

Does anyone have a link or copy of the deleted fic it had to be you by SlinkySpiders? They deleted all their Avengers fics, it was a Stony fic of where Endgame Steve and Tony traveled to 2012, and 2012 steve and tony see footage of Endgame stony kissing anyways 2012 Steve goes to 2012 Tony and tells him what “Loki” said about Bucky being alive and i can’t recall what else happens. But I do know that it brings them closer. The fic had maybe 2 or 3 chapters and was on ao3.

set after CA:TWS. A sorcerer turns Steve back into his pre-serum self for 24 hours. He also loses all memories of being Captain America and the future for that time. Steve the runs into Bucky/Winter Soldier who's confused and running from Hydra. Because of how Bucky is behaving, Steve thinks Bucky had a lobotomy.

in CA:TWS Steve kills the Winter Soldier before the mask comes off.

the Winter Soldiers mask doesn't come off during the highway fight in CA:TWS.

any stories where Bucky leaves Hydra in a different way than in canon. (Breaks programming before CA:TWS; captured by non-Hydra Shield etc.).

5)
After rescuing Bucky from azzano in CA:TFA Steve underestimates his strenght and accidentally hurts Bucky. Can be Stucky or platonic, sexual or non-sexual.

I'm open for all pairings, as long as it's not a Reader-insert. Though I would prefer if main relationships in the stories are between canon characters and not canon character/OC.

I’m looking for a stucky fic But I can only remember two specific scenes. I think this is a modern!Bucky/cap!Steve fic, but also could be just a modern!au.

For context, I believe Steve is not initially “out” to his friends (being the Avengers).

Scene one I remember: Steve tells Sam about Bucky and Sam is inordinately gleeful that Steve’s boyfriend is called Bucky. I think he keeps repeating it when Steve says his name.

Scene two: Steve tells the other Avengers he has a boyfriend and Sam jumps in like “you’re leaving out the best part: his name is Bucky” and I think Tony is like “is he…seven? Or a cartoon beaver?” (Or something similar)

I am looking for a fic that takes place post civil war. I can't remember if it was a Steve/Tony, Bucky/Tony, or a Steve/Bucky/Tony. I do remember that it was all about the other Avengers earning back Tony's friendship when they get back to the states. I think Tony is living in his old family mansion rather than the Tower or the Compound. The first one back is Natasha and she and Tony work to become friends again and she is the one who forces the other Avengers to realize how horribly they treated Tony and that they have to work to earn his trust back.

I’m looking for fic that takes place just after the civil war. It was Steve/Tony friendship fic. But it mainly centered on Steve. Tony was in a coma thanks to the fight and when Steve learns about it he is furious at the other avengers for betraying Tony whom Steve believed they should have been supporting. So he decides to get revenge by setting them up an having them arrested. They all scream about Steve setting the up and how the world needs them but no one believes them. At the end after they defeat thanos he watching Tony and Rocket realizes that he did set the others up but understanding why says nothing.
