So this has been driving me crazy but I am looking for a Peter's field trip to SI fic. I think it was ao3 but I could be wrong.

Anyways in the story there were two teachers chaperoning and one was Harrington. Neither teacher was nice to Peter, but the one who wasn't Harrington grabbed Peter's wrist and bruised him which upsets the Avengers. I think Tony and Steve pulled the teachers aside for "a little chat".

I remember Flash was mean to Peter because the teachers weren't bullying him anymore. Also I think Harrington was mean to Peter because he applied at SI once and wasn't accepted.

Anyways if anyone can help me I will be eternally grateful.

Hey so I’m looking for one specific fic and one general
So first the specific:
I’m not sure if this is a Darcy/Bucky fic or a reader/Bucky fic but all I remember is that Bucky Clint Steve and possibly Sam are hiding from tony because he keeps trying to poke at bucky’s arm and just being generally annoying so Steve Bucky and maybe Sam are meeting Clint at a coffee shop type place only when they get there everyone is either knitting or crocheting and when they walk in Darcy/reader is working behind the counter and their coworker is talking about how they aren’t the normal type of customers not because their men but because they’re built like really built Steve and the others agree that this was a weird meeting place and when one of them tells this to Clint he says that is why stark won’t think to look here and Sam I think calls him out on the fact that he is knitting socks and Bucky ends up taking up crocheting trying to get closer to Darcy/reader when Clint tells him that she teaches some of the classes he doesn’t tell him that she teaches the knitting classes so Bucky is in the wrong class but ends up enjoying it eventually he ends up getting a chance to talk to Darcy/reader when she is working behind the counter serving drinks so he waits in line to order and Darcy/reader says either how can I help you or what can I do for you today but when Bucky gets up front she accidentally says how can I do you today and then turns red and runs out the employee back door to hide I think it was a soulmate fic because I think her coworker let Bucky behind the counter to get to the door saying something like we aren’t supposed to do this but I think this qualifies as a special case or something like that and Darcy/reader thinks it’s her coworker and says that she will be back in in a minute and Bucky says something sassy and boom soulmate and then they go to dinner or something i don’t know if this is even one fic or two different ones but it is driving me crazy trying to find it

Second: i really need more fics where someone calls dr. Banner fluff or adorable preferably Darcy but others work to as long as there is no angst or like really little angst more how is this my life angst then help we’re all going to die angst because it is a superhero fic and I understand that most superheroes kinda survive on angst and it’s really hard to avoid even when it’s a story about Captain America saving fluff kittens but back to the point lots of fluff and a fluffy Bruce any pairing is fine except Loki/Clint or Loki/tony not because I have anything against them but because i personality prefer that if Clint or Tony hook up with a guy it would be Phil and Steve respectively and if Loki is in a fic with Darcy that is not about angst I personality believe that there will be an epic bromance and everyone else will be horrified (because as Darcy would say they are too awesome for anything less than chaos)

I have spent the last week going in circles trying to find this story. I can only remember one scene clearly, Bucky goes back to a Hydra site (the bank I think) and finds the chair. He picks up the rubber mouthguard and cuts the handle(?) off it so that he can close his lips around it. He then destroys the chair, and leaves. He chews/holds the mouthguard in his mouth for comfort/grounding.

I think he was searching down what was left of Hydra to destory them. Sam and Steve were following him/ also trying to destroy Hydra... (I'm not sure which)

Looking for a fic I read some time ago, in which Bucky is wandering and has not yet come in from the cold. Multiple random strangers help him in various ways because they recognize him and consider him a hero. I remember Bucky being somewhat confused by the whole situation.

I'm looking for a story that was posted to ao3 sometime between when First Avenger came out and when Winter Soldier came out.

Steve got the super soldier serum, went to go fight Hydra, but then somehow went evil and took over Hydra (I think Red Skull ordered him tortured, but it's been a while). One day a Hydra minion brought Steve a tortured prisoner, who Steve recognized as Bucky. Steve kept Bucky basically as his private slave from then on, where no one else was allowed to hurt Bucky but Bucky wasn't allowed to leave. Bucky would try to starve himself whenever Steve left the base (as suicide seemed to Bucky to be the only way out), so Steve ordered him force fed. There was also a bit set years later where Steve has the Hydra scientists give Bucky the serum so Bucky won't grow old and die and escape that way.

IIRC, it was told from the point of view of a hydra minion/scientist.

I know most crossing universes stories are time related, at least the ones I've seen. Where Howard and/or Peggy get thrown forward from a time when Tony was a young boy to post Chitauri. There's one where Iron Man get in the way of as Asgardian spell and finds himself in the right time and place to find Budky right after he falls off the train. Tony saves Bucky from being found by Hydra and brings him back with him when they find a way to come back to Tony's current time. There's another story where Tony's testing of the Tessaract accidentily sends his teenage son, Steve back to World War One Brooklyn where he meets his new best friend Bucky (most of the rest of this story is pretty much movie canon, except for the hostility between the two). (See From Winter's Cold, Stark Problems, and Steven Anthony Stark, all at AO3)

What I'd like to find is any story where a modern version of Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, or any of the teammates somehow cross over into the movie canon. Maybe right before the Chitauri attack, or soon after. I assume they won't be exactly the same, accouting for different decisions and events making their experiences and personalities somewhat different. For example there is one story where an older alt-verse Cap sends his Dr. Strange to help what is left of the team (Nat and Bucky are SHIELD controlled hostiles) after Steve tries to kill himself, by aranging to strip his system of the serum, changing his body back to its pre-serum size and mortality (On Top of the World by Setcheti as AO3) I wonder how the two versions or teams would get along. Would thay be able to fight together right away. Or would their be hostility between two Tonys (one's a hopeless drunk, maybe)?

I'm looking for a Steve/Bucky fic.

Steve starts of as an omega but because of the serum he changes into an alpha.
While Bucky on the other hand starts off as a beta and thanks to HYDRA's experiments he becomes an alpha as well.

I think it was set in the 1940's to start with, then 70 or so year later in the future.
I can't remember much else except for Tony maybe being an arse.

Please if anyone knows what this fic is called I thank you in advance.

I know such stories exist because I've read them. I just can't find the bloody things! These stories take place right after the Battle of New York or after the fight between Cap and WS and Bucky comes in from the cold. When the images hit TV and the internet family is going to show up, most likely at the Tower or Steve's new house. First, the one's I thought I had downloaded but are AWOL. A young black man shows up with his grandmother, great-uncle, and great-aunt looking for Steve, having driven across country. They are Bucky's younger siblings who were ordered by their dad to shun Bucky for being with a man when he moved in with Steve. I think Bucky does reveal himself to his brother and sisters, who are overjoyed to see him. The next story has 3 (or maybe 4) elderly women living together (probably in assisted living) seeing the Battle of New York and TV and realizing that its THE Steve and not a clone. They drive from a distance to the Tower and demand to see Steve Rogers. He and Tony happen to be crossing the lobby and Steve is surprised and over joyed to see some of his old USO dancers. The third story I recall is the Tower lobby being invaded by an angry contingent of the children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the Howling Commandoes and their siblings. They're pissed off that some clone or whoever he is is wearing Captain America's suit and pretending to be him. Steve and a couple other Avengers come down to the lobby and he finally convinces them that hes the real deal when he recognized Bucky's little sister and calls her by a nickname only he used.

Do these ring any bell for anyone? I'd love to find these stories and any other with a like storyline. And I promise I'll do a better job of keeping track of them. Thanks.

I have four or five stories where Steve's attempt to get his old Bucky by his side after his stint as the Winter Soldier ends up breaking up he and Tony. There's still one such story I'm looking to read again. Steve is trying to get his best friend and his boy friend to be friends, but whenever he invites Tony to join the two of them on an outing, such as a ball game or lunch, Tony refuses. Steve is upset that Tony seems hostile to Bucky and lets him know it, but he doesn't see that Tony is only responding to Bucky's seeming hatred of him.

A while ago I read this fic and I want to reread it, the problem, as you might have guessed, is that I forgot the title and author. The only thing I can think of that makes it stand out, is this: Bucky is watching over Steve and says something to Sam and Sam says to Bucky, "Barnes do you think this is not real?" And Bucky says that this must be a dream. And Sam has this thought that he has seen this before, 'this can't have happened to me, this is not my life.'

Hi everyone! I'm looking for one specific fic and two other genres. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1) Specific: The main pairing is Tony/Steve, but Thor/Jane/Darcy is mentioned, or I'm pretty sure at least that Darcy was involved in the relationship. Tony, Jane and Darcy watch Steve and Thor spar in the gym, and Thor wins. After Steve has had enough, they break up to shower. Steve admits to Tony that he likes Thor being stronger than him, and the rest of the story consists of Tony and Steve having sex in the shower.

2) Good Fury: I'm looking for good Fury stories. Any pairings, any genre. Please point me towards stories where Fury isn't just a jerk and has character. He doesn't even need to be the main character, I'll take him as a "supporting character". I'd prefer something with the Avengers, but anything goes.

3) Avenger Bucky: Any stories where Bucky is an Avenger and the Avengers includes the original Avengers (i.e. Tony and Bruce). Wanda, Vision, Sam, Rhodey, etc are welcome, too, of course. I'd prefer something a bit more light-hearted, but I'll take anything, any genre and any pairing. Again, Bucky doesn't have to be the main character; I'll read whatever you recommend :)

It was a story in which Steve didn't get the serum and Bucky went to war where he fall from the train.
5 years later skinny Steve found him as the Winter Soldier and they got together again?

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a fic I read fairly recently (in the last year I think) and remember a lot about it but cannot for the life of me find it anymore! I'm really hoping that it has not been erased from the internet.

I don't remember author or title but I remember these key points:

1) Bucky and Steve want to date Darcy but aren't sure how to propose it, so Steve starts dating Darcy first with the hope of adding Bucky to the relationship.

2) When Darcy sleeps she has wandering hands...she sleep-gropes the guys basically (which is funny in the story but seems less funny as I type it).

3) Stark has given Darcy a gift basket and included (maybe of his own invention) glitter lube, which the trio accidentally use.

4) They all go away to Tony's beach house (I think), and there are several mentions of ice cream.

5) Hydra tries to get Bucky again and manage to use a trigger word to turn him into the Winter Soldier for a few minutes. He and Darcy are in an ice cream shop at the time.

6) Darcy doesn't believe that both men love her. She thinks they just want her for sex and refuses to believe them when they tell her they love her.

7) Darcy is in charge of Avengers social media, quits her job because her "boss" is mean, goes to Bruce (or Tony's?) lab and accidentally causes an explosion (with truth serum) and ends up with a concussion.

8) It is noted that Thor might have given the trio a fertility blessing at the end (but we don't see more after that).

I remember SO MUCH (more than I've included) about this fic because it was amazing and it was the first one I saw where the characters really had to struggle and find their footing in a three-way relationship. I'm desperately trying to find this fic again and would love help or to know if someone has saved a copy!

So, there are a lot of stories out there where Tony and Steve start dating, and then Tony's a jerk and they break up, angst, and eventually get back together after he gets his shit together. I want the opposite.

Any stories where they are dating and it's Steve who's the jerk and they break up and Steve has to win Tony back after a lot of hardship.

Also, any good Stony, Stuckony, or WinterIron stories with Steve and/or Bucky being jerks.

This one is new and probably unfinished... my computer crashed and I lost all my bookmarks and I can't find it.

Tony was in a relationship with Steve until he finds out that Bucky killed his parents and Steve knew about it all along and he leaves the Avengers. Tony is then blackmailed by Ross to make weapons for him or else he will have the rest of the Avengers put in prison. He does this but always builds something in to the design so that they never work properly. Finally Tony is arrested and is facing trial but he refuses to tell them why he worked for Ross. The Avengers are his jailers until the trial begins...

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm looking for help on two matters...

>> The first is as it says on the title, an OT6/7/8 Tony-centric Soul Mark Fic. I'm pretty sure the pairings are Tony/Steve/Clint/Natasha/Bruce/Thor and then maybe Bucky and Phil as well. I remember that they each had multiple soul marks that they shared amongst themselves and these were pretty unique. I think Steve and Bucky shared a mark which was rail road tracks and the words 'til the end of the line? Clint had one that was the Hanged Man from the Tarot... (Natasha's I think had something to do with bacon ribbons, although this could be from a different fic altogether) Then in addition to the fic, it also had Pretty Artwork (not sure but I think it was also by the author) of each of the characters with their marks. I remember looking through them and the creator made a comment about how they had a hard time looking for pictures of Mark Ruffalo because he is super hairy, which made me laugh. Any ideas?

I know I have this fic saved, but all my searches of my collection were for naught. This may be part of a series or part of a bigger fic.

The scene has the team watching the blog of someone who does instructional videos for braiding hair. Steve has recorded a response thanking the blog for helping him with his "friend's" hair. Bucky is shown from the back, and Steve demonstrates some of the techniques he's learned, and Bucky gets more and more relaxed as Steve works with his hair. The blogger is squeeing "Captain American responded to my blog!" and squishing her cat.

The Magnificent Seven was one of the first TV shows i was lead to by fan fiction when I first started reading fanfic over 10 years ago and I've been going over my backlog of old stories. Vin Tanner was often the team sniper in M7 ATF stories, a crack shot. I got to wondering if there were any stories where the Denver ATF team and the Avengers ended up working together. I can just see Vin hooking up with Hawkeye and/or Bucky, comparing notes and creating mischief, but unfortunatly I'm a lousy writer. I would not subject the world to the crap I set my hand to writing (even if I hadn't burned it all in horror and disgust). I wonder if someone with more talent (that's anyone) has written anything where the two teams hook up. Even any Old West time-slip stories.

I wrote this request almost a week ago and the battery died just as I tried to post and I never saw it, but it somehow got saved, so I'm trying again.

I just read a couple of stories by charmingcontender (A Flaw in my Code and Arsonist's Lullaby at AO3) where Steve is fiercely protective of Bucky. With some clandestine help from the team he breaks Bucky out of custody and treatens anyone who gets in their way when he realizes the Winter Soldier trial is a mockery and no matter what he says Bucky's already tried and convicted. In one story the Asset's former student, Widow, joins them in taking out those who had a hand in abusing Bucky while he was the Soldier. Captain America shows a ferocity and bloodthirstyness I've never seen anyone else ever write for him and I'd love to know if there are any other stories out there that show such a dark side to usually goody-two-shoes Steve Rogers.

I'm not talking about ABO stories where he mates Tony by force or anything like that. I'm looking for ones where the really dark side of him comes out in protection of what's his, be it Bucky, a lover, or the team.

I'm thinking of a long but excellent post-CA:TWS fic I read and thought I had bookmarked, but apparently not. Bucky is caught by the remnants of SHIELD and released into Steve's custody, along with a bag of candy. I don't remember why he had the bag of candy but he had one. He has a long and gruelling period of adjusting and makes a little toy figurine that he bakes in the oven. I think Steve ordered it off Amazon or something. The figurine becomes significant later. As he he gradually starts to improve, HYDRA tries to snatch him, and in the aftermath, Coulson's SHIELD crew do snatch him, and basically force him to participate in their missions. Any of this ringing a bell for someone?

Also, I know there are tags in this comm, but I haven't figured out how to work them yet (this is only my second post), so I'm just going to leave this entry untagged. Sorry if that creates extra work for a community admin.

I remember reading these ages ago but I can't find them in my bookmarks or history. I'm pretty sure I read them at AO3.

1. The first fic is where Widow has family (a younger sister, maybe) living in NYC. A mob guy wonders why this one house/business isn't paying protection and they are told because it is the family of the Black Widow. I think that Bucky looked out for them on occasion too (or maybe they were Bucky's family instead and it was Widow looking out for them. Either is possible. And Soldier might have had something of a cameo in the story as well.) I do remember reading it before the WS movie came out and I'm almost positive it was complete and not part of a series but that's all.

2. FOUND!! (Link in comments.) Dummy lifts Mjolnir. Somehow Thor leaves Mjolnir in Tony's lab and the bots are left alone. When the bots are attacked in the lab, Dummy manages to lift Mjolnir and use it to protect the other bots.

3. FOUND!! (Link in comments.) Thor brings the W4 to visit the Avengers. He tries to set Sif up with Steve but Steve seems to be clueless. Sif gets angry with Thor about setting her up as a joke and asks if Steve has taken a vow of celibacy (or something like that); they finally decide that Steve is just extremely shy (sort-of like Balder, iirc.) Sif and the W3 are pretty decent too, which is a nice change.

I'm mostly looking for a specific fic, although general recs with the same type of thing are welcome:

It was a getting together post-CAtWS fic vaguely from Bucky's pov, the specific scene I can recall is: he remembers (or thinks he remembers) wanting/loving Steve before the war. When he asks Steve 'were we, did we ever?' Steve shakes his head and says no, but before Bucky is too disappointed adds 'but we wanted to.'

Anyone recognise this? It was probably on AO3, although there's a tiny chance it was on tumblr.

1. I remember that Steve had an aversion to smooth peanut butter and they had to buy chunky peanut butter and put their names on the lids.

2. Steve would wash his hands for a really long time to he point of doing damage and I remember someone saying how Bucky was the only person who had ever gotten him to stop.

3. Any where Steve is afraid of medical people like doctors or won't go see the medics after a battle.

4. Any really good fics with Steve and Bucky as the main two. They don't have to be in a relationship but I'd rather not have any sex scenes. They can be in a relationship, but I'm a little tired of scrolling past a million pages because I'm just not in the mood lol.

5. Any where someone was an ass to Steve and he took it to heart.

I'm looking for a fic where the Winter Soldier walks in on a board meeting at Stark Industries because he needs repairs and is looking for Howard. Since Howard's dead the Mr. Stark he finds is Tony.

The Avengers respond and since Steve doesn't know the Winter Soldier is Bucky he orders Clint to shoot him only for Tony to get in the way.

It was an AU where Steve, who I think was a lawyer, and Bucky (a barista?), are having strains in their relationship. Steve is looking after Peggy, who's been depressed and it makes him neglect Bucky to the point where he considers leaving Steve. Natasha gets freaked out at this and she recruits Sam to help rope them into a surprise roadtrip to get them back together.

At some point, Bucky confesses to Steve that he's thinking of going on a break and of course Steve is heartbroken.

The fic only had about two chapters but I think it was deleted from AO3. Anyone at least have a name/author?

I have seen a lot of civil war fix it stories but I am looking for an alternative ending were Tony manages to kill the winter soldier or at the very least arrest him.
Please someone tell me it exist.
Also I could go for one were he manages to arrest Steve xD

Hi there! New to the comm, looking for a post CA:TWS but pre CA:CW fic in which when Bucky is in cryo, he can communicate with Steve in dreams. Steve eventually figures out that neither of them is going crazy, Bucky really IS communicating with him in dreams, and Alexander Pierce is a bad guy. The other Avengers are involved (although it takes them longer than Steve to get on the not-crazy bandwagon) and the events of the movie play out, but with certain differences because they're walk-ing into a trap with eyes wide open, and the other Avengers are involved.

It sounds hokey as hell, but it wasn't, it was a great fic. Any assistance you could offer in tracking it down would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Can I get some slash fics with bottom!bucky, but where he isn't paired with steve (because as much as I love stucky, I want to try reading some different pairings)? Long fics would be great, but I'll take anything well written :)
