Hello there, I am looking for two specific fics and I was hoping this community could help me find them! C:

The first fic I'm looking for is basically a groundhog day. It's in Tony's point of view and he figures out he's reliving the invasion over and over again. (Not believing it himself at first, believing it to be a dream, until it happens again.) He wakes up to Jarvis warning him that Pepper is on his way up for a meeting? And that's how it starts the first and second time. Once he figures out that this is actually happenin - and that he's the only one on the team that remembers - he tries to stop clint from becoming mind controlled whilst also trying to save Phil. In one of the loops he lets New York blow up from the bomb, in another Phil is leading the Alien invasion, etc. He figures out that Loki also remembers the time loops and they figure out that a time loop starts over when one of them dies. I believe it's Loki/Tony and I never finished reading... Also a stray detail I remember is that to get Fury to believe Stark, Tony tells Fury the code word 'Pink Tutu'

The second fic is a bit vague - I apologise - since I haven't read it in a long long while, and the details are kinda fuzzy. However I know that in the fic Tony Stark was a mutant. I know his mutation caused him to grow wings. I know they grew in as a child; and that Maria and Jarvis (The butler) helped Tony hide them from Howard. I know the Ten Rings cut them off when he was in Afghanistan. I know they started to grow back when the Avengers moved in. I also know he tried to hide them with a long brown trench coat. It might have been the middle of Summer? I vaguely remember Hawkeye being suspicious because it was summer and he was wearing a long and thick ass trench coat. I also remember that once they found out and everyone was cool with it, (I think they were living in the Malibu house and not the Tower or maybe they were vacationing at the Malibu house?) Hawkeye challenged him to do a really hard trick that fighter pilots do, or something like that. It was a really complicated Pilots move, that he did pull off with little effort. That's it. That's all I remember. Sorry it's a tad vague. Thank you guys for the help! C:

Thought it was on AO3, but haven't been able to find it there on FF. Loki and Tony crash land and both are very badly hurt. They are taken in my the local, very bureaucratic gov't, who heal them and "fix" their irregularities, aka make them both full Jotun. They have virtually no memories from before, and end up settling into their new lives on the planet running an ice berry farm in the frozen areas of the planet. Become quite wealthy because the berries are a delicacy and nobody else is crazy enough to live in the conditions required for them to grow. I remember there being kids. Thor eventually finds them and memories start returning, possibly not in that order.

Anybody? Help!? Many, MANY of thanks in advance, I've been searching a couple days now.

Hi, all!

I'm looking for a story that I don't remember too many details about, BUT what I do remember is that Loki, who was raised Jotunn is on the run with one of his older brothers who is abusive and injures Loki multiple times while they're looking for shelter. I'm not so sure on why they're on the run - I'm assuming that Laufey was overthrown at some point and the royal family is being hunted/executed. Loki's older brother debates with himself on at least one occasion about whether or not he should just kill Loki to lighten his burden (and because Loki is such a weakling, he'll probably end up dying anyway). But Loki's older brother thinks that killing Loki would be a kindness. They have a very weird relationship.

I'm 95% sure that the story was slash (since that's the bulk of what I read), but I have no recollection of the pairing. Thanks to anyone who can find this!

I also remember that Tony/Stark Industries technically 'owns' Bruce as that was the only way to protect him from Ross. I think it was Clint/Phil and Tony/Pepper?

I opened a story that started with Loki being removed from his cell on Asgard after some time, being taken to the throne room, and Odin saying something about him looking thin, or are you eating, or something. And Loki laughing, struck by how ridiculous that statement is.

Then I closed the document and it vanished!

I know that is such a small amount to go on, but does that ring a bell for anyone?

Hey, I'm looking for a story a read some time ago. Loki being held captive and tortured in order to get Asgard's secrets. Odin came to the conclusion that Loki run to the enemy and Thor promised that when he find his brother he will kill him. Kidnappers tell Loki that every body in Asgard think he's a traitor and nobody looking for him. Then when one of the kidnappers met Thor he reviled what really happend to Loki. Thor find his brother all scared and Loki broke into tears and tells him that he never belives his torturers.

Hello there! I've searched everywhere and for the life of me I can't find it(not even in my history*sulks*). Anyway, it was post-Avengers, where Loki is taken to Asgard for his punishment/trial. A spell is used on him, to a time before he turned "evil". To everyone's shock, he turned into a child. I can't remember the reason, but Thor takes him to Midgard, where he slowly bonds with the Avengers and they learn of his abuse and neglect from Odin and Asgard(Thor never knew). The main scene I remember is that Loki and Tony are sledding down a hill, Loki looking to the sky saying they are "calling me home" before being taken by frost giants. Laufey is very protective and learns of the abuse by Odin.

Any help is appreciated!

I am looking for yet another fic. I only remember one scene and the scene is question was a flashback in the fic.

Details: The torture that Loki goes through in mythology are true. Loki was bound along with his wife Sigyn. The chains that held them were very resistant to magic. The snake that dripped venom into Loki's eyes was his son Jormangundr. Fenrir was also with them and bound but I can't recall how his entrapment was linked with Loki's torture. Sigyn was possibly getting close to break out the entire family when someone (Odin?) brings in another 2 of Loki's children. These are Vali and Nari (Narfi?). One of them is turned into a wolf against their will. The other is then fed to the wolf-changed child. Then the blood of the dead child is used to strengthen the chains that hold the family captive. Eventually Sigyn finds a way to break the chains that hold them in place. However, she dies as a result. Once freed, the family tries to piece back together the deceased child, but it was impossible since parts of his body was digested by his brother.

Hope someone can feed my newest addiction...

I just finished ConeyCat's amazing Housemates 'verse, where she delves deep into her interpretation of Loki's character, the misunderstandings that caused the events of 'Thor', the failings of Frigga & Odin's A+ parenting, etc etc. I'd love love LOVE to read more fics in this vein: where Loki's choices were caused by loneliness and misery, not by an evil streak, where redemption is possible; fics where Thor realizes he truly loves his brother, despite how he has ignored and excluded him in teh past. Fics where Odin didn't bring home a changeling child simply to use him to further his own kingdom, but rather because he couldn't let a baby die of exposure. Fics where Loki was the outsider growing up, was abused or neglected, etc etc etc.

Gen, Slash or Het welcome, just no Thor/Loki, unless you feel it is a truly amazing read. Happy endings (or at least hopeful) preferred, but I don't mind a good hard cry either!

Okay I believe I found this fic before through this community but I can't find it now so hopefully you guys know what I'm talking about.

It was Tony/Loki or eventually became Tony/Loki. For some reason Loki, Tony, and I think Thor and Steve had been captured and they put Tony and Loki in the same cell. They realized they were being watched and I think the captors expected Tony and Loki to attack each other. So somehow they come up with a plan to fake a rape between Loki and Tony(with Loki being the 'attacker'). They actually are just having really rough but still consensual sex but they are so convincing the Thor thinks Loki actually raped Tony and Tony I think was unconscious or just really injured when they were rescued/escaped and couldn't explain what really happened before Thor attacked Loki.

That story was part one, I know there was at least three stories in the series and the second part happened on Asgard and both Thor and Tony get uber protective of Loki when Odin goes to far punishing Loki for the perceived rape. In the second part we also learn that Loki was tortured by the Chitauri and they might come back to Midgard for revenge against him which I think was the theme of the third fic which I didn't read. I don't know if there was more to the series but like I said it definitely had three parts.

Any other brainwashed/controlled Loki fics would be great but not necessary.

The main general fic I'm looking for is any of the Avengers or any of the extended family getting injured or sick but the focus on the fic being on the Avengers, or others, taking care of them in their convalescence. Like making sure they take meds, changing dressings, basically acting as Nurses or even 'Mother Hens' to the sick/injured person. It can be fluffy or angsty but happy endings preferred.

Hi! So, I remember reading this fic a couple months ago, but for some reason I can't find it again. In the fic, as punishment for what happened on Earth, Odin makes Loki human and takes away his memories. Thor interacts with Loki and tries to reach out to him. I believe Loki also has some medicial issues. Unfortunately, at the end of the story Loki is shot in his apartment by a shield agent who recognized him. I believe this fic was posted on Ao3 and was around 2 chapters.

During the corination the Frost Giants descided instead of going to the weapon vault the went to the throne room where a battl broke out. Through out the fight Loki stayed near Frigga to protact her and ended up wounded severly. When the battle finished and everyone ws cherring the crowed noticed that loki was in Frigga lap and they thought(even Thor) that he was hiding instead of fighting till they noticed he wasnt moving and Frigga was panicing

So! I read this fic AGES ago, and I absolutely CANNOT find it!

Tony had a Norse name, it wasn't Tony. He preferred to be called Tony, though, as a nickname.

I think he and Loki were twins.

I can't remember exactly why, but he was thrown off the Bifrost by Odin. I think it might have had something to do with him realizing that he and/or Loki were Jotunn.

On Earth, Tony doesn't remember his time in Asgard.

When Loki invades, one of them recognizes the other, i think. There is a blast and both of them are thrown into the walls. When they wake up, Loki's cranial recalibration was done by the wall,, he's normal again, and Tony remembers.

If anyone knows the fic I'm talking about, please please please help me out!

i'm looking for a fic where Girl Loki married Thor and had to move to Asgard and the only one who liked her was Frigga.
I remember that she was scared of thunder and when she was going to have a bath the water was hot and she burned herself.
She and Frigga went to the market and i think she had a cat and wanted to buy thinks for it but then the people called her monster and stuff so she ran back to the castle.. She was also injured in her room when someone tried to kill her..

Both stories are pretty old.

The first one was Loki/Thor and AU. It was in a universe where the war with the Jotun hadn't ended and Loki was raised by Laufey. They were both, Loki and Thor, fighting in this war. Loki was a powerful sorcerer with no reguard for who was hurt by his spells in battle, neither Aesir nor Jotun warriors were safe as long as he won. He got captured and was given as a slave to Thor, who Loki had almost klled. It was non-con, but Loki wasn't defeated and broken in the end. It was inspired I think but a beautiful piece of art with a Jotun Loki in gold jewelry being taken by Thor in his tent.

The second one is a very dark story. It is of a young Loki taking his first steps in shapeshifting. He turns into small aminals and roams the palace and finally decides to visit a restricted place in the library. There, a book makes him possesed which leads him being hurt from Odin. I can't remember if it was non-con Loki/Odin, but Odin was cruel to him for this one mistake when he was lenient with a constantly misbehaving Thor. I remember Loki was left broken after everything. Maybe there was a scene connecting this story to a fully grown canon-Loki.

Does anyone remember them?

I'm looking for a fic where Loki was tortured by Asgard's guard and Odin while in prison. I can't really remember if Thor saved Loki or Odin sent Loki to the avengers on Midgard after doing some pretty torturing. I remembered Loki have some sort of headgear(it was embedded to his head?) which covers his eyes and Odin said something along the line of "Be a good boy and wear it for daddy". I also remembered a scene where Loki misunderstood Tony and thought he wanted a blowjob but Tony freaked out and stopped Loki before he could start anything. I'm pretty sure I read it in Ao3.

Hi guys!

I read a fic a while back and i would like to read it again but i can't seem to find it.

I think it was a complete fic, set before the Thor movie. I remember it was about a quest with thor, loki, sif and the warriors three. I think they went to another realm but i'm not sure. What I do remember is that they had to fight a giant spider and Loki tricked it to help them out and got injured in the process, possibly poisoned too. He wouldn't tell Thor but i think Sif (or maybe Hogun?) noticed he was injured and Thor mother-henned him until they got to the bifrost. That's all i remember.

Also, I would really love to read other pre-Thor fics, especially ones with emphasis on Loki's skills. I really like fics that show that Loki was a capable, intellegent member of their group and i LOVE fics where Thor, Sif and the warriors three finally realize this.

If anyone has fics like that, that would be amazing!

3) Any fics with a character being abused by someone else. Can be child abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, domestic abuse, abuse by a team member, abuse by a stranger, etc. But, it has to have a happy ending (or at least a moving toward happiness). Any character but would prefer Steve, Loki, or Clint.

4) Does anyone know if there is a Tumblr dedicated to MCU fanvids? Or have some rec lists? Or even just want to rec your favorite fanvids.

So, I just finished reading Refracted, by BeesKnees and now I have a craving (especially as while the story was great, it didn't end the way I'd been hoping).

1) Are there any other fics out there that are similar to this? One where the Avengers/Thor/Everyone gains a better understanding/appreciation for Loki? Maybe they realize that he hasn't been treated very well (probably before his, um, misdeeds) for him to feel so isolated and bitter and unloved? Or after for him to have turned out like this? IDK, maybe some horrible things have happened to him (before, after, whenever)? (I loved how Thor from the alternate reality treated Loki in the above mentioned fic!)

I'm a big fan of angst where there's abuse, suicide attempts, torture, rape, and other dark happenings going on with Loki so long as there is a happy ending (and a lovely hurt/comfort recovery process)! ♥

2) Or, barring that, are there any fic (Loki/Thor would be lovely, but Gen or other Slash ships are fine too) where Thor is especially protective/overprotective/just wants to hang out with/loves the best he can with Loki? Kind of like this fic.

Basically, I just want Loki love and appreciation from basically everyone (while still as in character as they can be) even if there has to be some hurts beforehand. I want them to be made better and, if it's not angsty/hurty/dark, a long-suffering Loki is best.

Somehow, all of my bookmarks for my favorite Loki fics disappeared and I found most of them, but there is one in particular I can't seem to find. It was on A03 and it's either general or Thor/Loki... it could honestly go either way, I don't remember.

What I remember: Thor ended up capturing Loki and bringing him back home. Odin cannot let his deeds go unpunished, but neither does he sentence him to death. Instead, they lock him up in this tower/place he cannot leave. Loki conducts a plan and slow begins to starve him -- people rarely visit him (Thor, mostly, but I believe he's back on Earth). As long as the tray of food is empty, it won't arouse suspicion.

A long time passes and with no one else for company, Loki makes friends with a bird. Eventually, Thor comes back and through some event (I can't remember what), he ends up killing the bird accidentally (unaware that it meant so much to Loki). He's also horrified to see how think Loki has gotten.

He brings Loki to his father and a hospital like place (there may be something more wrong with him -- maybe he jumps from the tower?? I don't remember), but Loki refuses treatment and the nurse refuses to do anything to Loki against his will as part of her oath -- even if that means Odin's wrath. Everyone gathers around Loki to watch him die and Odin, Frigga, and Thor beg him eat/allow himself to be treated.

Loki refused to do this because what's the point if he cannot be free? He would rather be dead then trapped in a gilded cage for the rest of his life. It gets to just moments before his death that Odin finally agrees to free him if he would just eat from a golden apple (I think) and heal/live. Which, basically, was Loki's plan all along. And he does so. I don't really remember much after this.

Can anyone please help me find this fic? I'd really appreciate it! <3

I'm looking for specyfic story where Loki is put on trial and Odin take away his powers and
it revealed that it was not Loki but Chitauri. Then whole Asgard see memory of Heimdal for day of Thor's coronation that shows Loki fight with impostor and had his throat cut and send by portal to Helheim.

I don't have much to go on, but I remember that after the fiasco with the Bifrost, Loki fell to Midgard and became a SHIELD agent. The whole Chitauri thing was really a planned test for the Avengers, to see if they really could work together to save the world if it was ever necessary. Unfortunately, no one told the Avengers this. Loki went to Fury's office and chewed him out for letting the Hulk beat him up because this was not part of the plan, damnit! Also,, Coulson didn't die, it was an illusion or an LMD

No, it's not the Undercover Boogie, though I have read that, and it was pretty good.

Also, if anyone knows what I'm talking about here: I'm pretty sure it was a huge fic rec, and the url or title was something like "thehawkisinhisnest".

I havent read a fic like this before so I dont know if there are any out there but I would like to find something along the lines of:

For some reason the avengers are on Asgard whether for diplomatic reasons or for some sort of battle. Something sends them back in time and it will take at least a few days to send them home. Thor feels sort of nostalgic or something and takes the avengers with him to see young Loki before he knew he was a Frost Giant. The avengers take it upon themselves to help Loki when hes a kid so that he might not make the same mistakes in the future
Its ok if Loki is with them but I prefer if hes not

It doesnt have to be that exact or anything because im not looking for a certain fic but story recs along those lines or with similar plots would be great

Okay! I'm looking for a fic where Tony adopts a baby Loki who apparently fell from the sky. (This happens before the Avengers Movie.)

I'm really sorry, I don't remember much at all about it, but I remember this one specific thing: Baby!Loki was drooling on the Iron Man helmet and Tony said, "Baby, don't do that, that goes on Daddy's head."

I know it's not very much at all to work on, but please please please if anyone knows the story I'm talking about, It would be very much appreciated! ^-^

I'm looking for a story where Phil is accidentally de-aged by Tony and Bruce. It takes awhile to return him to normal and in the meantime, Loki pops in needing help. Loki gets a vision/message that he will save someone 5 times and then he will die. All the Avengers are in the story and Phil was an abused child and ends up relieving some of the abuse.

I was on ao3 and was just reading Ice maiden Loki where he wasLaufey's betrothed who is reclaimed at the start of film one. And between that and Wandering Child I now suddenly need high quality fics like these where Loki finds himself in horribly unpredictable situations with a dash of culture shock. I'm particularly fond of fics where Laufey acts loving or kind to him and is his dad. And though I like Loki painted in a sympathetic light I love it when his attitude remains and where he continues to be a lil shit/bamf even under any confusion, hurt, or indignation at needing rescue.

HI! I was hoping that someone could help me find this specific fic! I've been dying to read it again!!!

Tony is famous and he starts a relationship with Loki. I think that not many people were happy about it... Tony and Loki get into a fight and Loki runs off, feeling unappreciated. He arrives at a bar and a guy puts something into his drink and then kidnaps Loki. I think it was Bucky. Bucky locks Loki in his basement. Meanwhile, Tony grows worried and starts a search for Loki. Steve notices that Bucky is acting weird but doesn't realize that Loki is in his basement. Loki starts to develop Stockholm Syndrome.

I want any recs involving mental illness. It can be any kind; PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, phobias, personality/mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, eating disorders, etc. Really, any kind.

And I would prefer if any of these are the characters suffering from the illness. Steve Rogers, Loki, Clint Barton, or Bucky Barnes (Tony is okay if it is a VERY good story). Any pairings/ratings welcome. The mental illness does not have to be the complete focus of the fic, but it needs to be a prominent. No Character Death.
