So this has been driving me crazy but I am looking for a Peter's field trip to SI fic. I think it was ao3 but I could be wrong.

Anyways in the story there were two teachers chaperoning and one was Harrington. Neither teacher was nice to Peter, but the one who wasn't Harrington grabbed Peter's wrist and bruised him which upsets the Avengers. I think Tony and Steve pulled the teachers aside for "a little chat".

I remember Flash was mean to Peter because the teachers weren't bullying him anymore. Also I think Harrington was mean to Peter because he applied at SI once and wasn't accepted.

Anyways if anyone can help me I will be eternally grateful.

I'm looking for a story that was posted to ao3 sometime between when First Avenger came out and when Winter Soldier came out.

Steve got the super soldier serum, went to go fight Hydra, but then somehow went evil and took over Hydra (I think Red Skull ordered him tortured, but it's been a while). One day a Hydra minion brought Steve a tortured prisoner, who Steve recognized as Bucky. Steve kept Bucky basically as his private slave from then on, where no one else was allowed to hurt Bucky but Bucky wasn't allowed to leave. Bucky would try to starve himself whenever Steve left the base (as suicide seemed to Bucky to be the only way out), so Steve ordered him force fed. There was also a bit set years later where Steve has the Hydra scientists give Bucky the serum so Bucky won't grow old and die and escape that way.

IIRC, it was told from the point of view of a hydra minion/scientist.

I'm looking for a Steve/Bucky fic.

Steve starts of as an omega but because of the serum he changes into an alpha.
While Bucky on the other hand starts off as a beta and thanks to HYDRA's experiments he becomes an alpha as well.

I think it was set in the 1940's to start with, then 70 or so year later in the future.
I can't remember much else except for Tony maybe being an arse.

Please if anyone knows what this fic is called I thank you in advance.

I know such stories exist because I've read them. I just can't find the bloody things! These stories take place right after the Battle of New York or after the fight between Cap and WS and Bucky comes in from the cold. When the images hit TV and the internet family is going to show up, most likely at the Tower or Steve's new house. First, the one's I thought I had downloaded but are AWOL. A young black man shows up with his grandmother, great-uncle, and great-aunt looking for Steve, having driven across country. They are Bucky's younger siblings who were ordered by their dad to shun Bucky for being with a man when he moved in with Steve. I think Bucky does reveal himself to his brother and sisters, who are overjoyed to see him. The next story has 3 (or maybe 4) elderly women living together (probably in assisted living) seeing the Battle of New York and TV and realizing that its THE Steve and not a clone. They drive from a distance to the Tower and demand to see Steve Rogers. He and Tony happen to be crossing the lobby and Steve is surprised and over joyed to see some of his old USO dancers. The third story I recall is the Tower lobby being invaded by an angry contingent of the children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the Howling Commandoes and their siblings. They're pissed off that some clone or whoever he is is wearing Captain America's suit and pretending to be him. Steve and a couple other Avengers come down to the lobby and he finally convinces them that hes the real deal when he recognized Bucky's little sister and calls her by a nickname only he used.

Do these ring any bell for anyone? I'd love to find these stories and any other with a like storyline. And I promise I'll do a better job of keeping track of them. Thanks.

Hello all!

I have exhausted my resources and turn to you for help in finding a Steve/Bucky fanfic. It took place in WWII while the Howling Commandos were a unit taking action across Europe against Hydra bases. The group is bunking down for the night and Steve/Bucky take a risk and have sex, not knowing that the others in their unit have bunked close and can hear them. It is clear that Steve and Bucky have an established relationship. People on the team report their relationship to the military higher ups. The rest of the story is dealing with homophobia and the military's reaction to Steve and Bucky's relationship - It is not received well.

I am mostly sure that I read it on Ao3 and that it was part of a series (or perhaps a really long story?).

Any help you can provide is welcome. It was a fantastic story and I highly recommend it.

I think the story got called "It happened three nights" ?
It was a story in which Steve didn't get the serum and Bucky went to war where he fall from the train.
5 years later skinny Steve found him as the Winter Soldier and they got together again?

That's all I remember and I would love to read it in Englisch (because I don't speak Chinese *gg*)

Does anyone know something about that story?

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a fic I read fairly recently (in the last year I think) and remember a lot about it but cannot for the life of me find it anymore! I'm really hoping that it has not been erased from the internet.

I don't remember author or title but I remember these key points:

1) Bucky and Steve want to date Darcy but aren't sure how to propose it, so Steve starts dating Darcy first with the hope of adding Bucky to the relationship.

2) When Darcy sleeps she has wandering hands...she sleep-gropes the guys basically (which is funny in the story but seems less funny as I type it).

3) Stark has given Darcy a gift basket and included (maybe of his own invention) glitter lube, which the trio accidentally use.

4) They all go away to Tony's beach house (I think), and there are several mentions of ice cream.

5) Hydra tries to get Bucky again and manage to use a trigger word to turn him into the Winter Soldier for a few minutes. He and Darcy are in an ice cream shop at the time.

6) Darcy doesn't believe that both men love her. She thinks they just want her for sex and refuses to believe them when they tell her they love her.

7) Darcy is in charge of Avengers social media, quits her job because her "boss" is mean, goes to Bruce (or Tony's?) lab and accidentally causes an explosion (with truth serum) and ends up with a concussion.

8) It is noted that Thor might have given the trio a fertility blessing at the end (but we don't see more after that).

I remember SO MUCH (more than I've included) about this fic because it was amazing and it was the first one I saw where the characters really had to struggle and find their footing in a three-way relationship. I'm desperately trying to find this fic again and would love help or to know if someone has saved a copy!

Am new to this fandom and am trying to find some great/epic Bucky(Solider)/Steve fic.

Needs to be complete, long (like to get emersed into a story) and have angst . Prefer it to be after Winter solider movie and have Bucky dealing/remembering/recovering.

I'm looking for a fic where both Steve and Bucky got captured by Hydra and turned into Winter Soldiers. SHIELD rescues them in the present but they were pretty broken and almost feral. I think there was some dub con and violence in their relationship as well. I don't think it had a particularily happy ending either.

edit - I think that post-rescue they were being held by SHIELD because they were too dangerous to be let out

It may have had Sam in it, but I can't remember for sure. It definitly wasn't The Long Game by dirtybinary.

I wonder if any one has a copy, or knows of where I could find a copy, that's freely accessible?

I mean no disrespect to the author by requesting this by the way. Maybe they're keen to keep the fic more private. If so, I won't push the issue.

What I really want right now are some fics where Steve makes a bad mistake--maybe it's the wrong call on a mission, or a brainwashing thing, or I dunno, an ABO dubcon thing or whatever--and feels terrible about it, and another character--preferably Bucky but I'll take others--forgives him and gets him back on track.

Please note that I do not want any darkfic where Steve acts cruelly but doesn't care. It's very important that he feel regret. (This request may or may not be my method of coping with a certain recent development in the Earth-616 continuity.)

As for the other character(s), they can be all comforting and understanding or they can take the drill-sergeant attitude of "Snap out of it, soldier, we've got work to do!" (kind of like we've seen Clint do for Wanda when she freezes up), I don't care which. The point is that they correctly gauge what Steve needs to hear to get him back to his normal tree-beside-a-river self.

Any ships are fine, just let me know what they are.

(P.S. How is "steve(remorseful)" its own tag? Am I about to discover a whole new subgenre, or what's the deal?)

I wrote this request almost a week ago and the battery died just as I tried to post and I never saw it, but it somehow got saved, so I'm trying again.

I just read a couple of stories by charmingcontender (A Flaw in my Code and Arsonist's Lullaby at AO3) where Steve is fiercely protective of Bucky. With some clandestine help from the team he breaks Bucky out of custody and treatens anyone who gets in their way when he realizes the Winter Soldier trial is a mockery and no matter what he says Bucky's already tried and convicted. In one story the Asset's former student, Widow, joins them in taking out those who had a hand in abusing Bucky while he was the Soldier. Captain America shows a ferocity and bloodthirstyness I've never seen anyone else ever write for him and I'd love to know if there are any other stories out there that show such a dark side to usually goody-two-shoes Steve Rogers.

I'm not talking about ABO stories where he mates Tony by force or anything like that. I'm looking for ones where the really dark side of him comes out in protection of what's his, be it Bucky, a lover, or the team.

I'm looking for this Steve/Bucky fic I read a couple of months ago on AO3 that for some unfathomable reason I forgot to bookmark. Steve doesn't receive the serum, and I forgot if he and Bucky are childhood friends or meet as adults after the war. Howard plays a prominent role - Bucky was captured with him during WW2, they think the other is dead, and when they meet each other again post-VE day they basically bond together. Steve and Bucky end up working for Stark Industries - Steve as Howard's PA and Bucky as an engineer. It's a slow burn with a lot of mutual pining and longing glances and Steve thinking that Bucky and Howard are together when actually they're not.

I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me find it!

I'm mostly looking for a specific fic, although general recs with the same type of thing are welcome:

It was a getting together post-CAtWS fic vaguely from Bucky's pov, the specific scene I can recall is: he remembers (or thinks he remembers) wanting/loving Steve before the war. When he asks Steve 'were we, did we ever?' Steve shakes his head and says no, but before Bucky is too disappointed adds 'but we wanted to.'

Anyone recognise this? It was probably on AO3, although there's a tiny chance it was on tumblr.

It was an AU where Steve, who I think was a lawyer, and Bucky (a barista?), are having strains in their relationship. Steve is looking after Peggy, who's been depressed and it makes him neglect Bucky to the point where he considers leaving Steve. Natasha gets freaked out at this and she recruits Sam to help rope them into a surprise roadtrip to get them back together.

At some point, Bucky confesses to Steve that he's thinking of going on a break and of course Steve is heartbroken.

The fic only had about two chapters but I think it was deleted from AO3. Anyone at least have a name/author?

I'm looking for a specific Steve/Bucky fic that I failed to bookmark. Steve is hit by a wizard's spell and can only be woken by true love's kiss, so Natasha and the other Avengers set about trying to track down his true love (Is it Peggy? Or someone he hasn't met yet?). Bucky waits until he's alone with Steve and then kisses him awake, but he avoids telling anyone what happened because he thinks his love is unrequited. Later, Bucky eats a poisoned apple and Steve kisses him back.

This fic is pretty long, I remember it being somewhere like 30,000-50,000, mupti-chapter and completed.
It's basically a The Martian rewrite (very good one!) with Bucky being Watney and Steve being the Commander. It's slowburn Steve/Bucky. The other Avengers are the team and mission control but cannot remember who's who...

Is there a fic where the Winter Soldier is hired to kill Tony Stark, and Steve keeps disrupting Bucky's mission, and at some point they have this fight session in a hotel room. The tv or something ends up being set on fire, Bucky gives Steve a blow job while holding a gun to Steve's head. Later Bruce calmly asks if Steve dropped his pants before or after setting fire to the room. Natasha first asks Clint to call in certain code, but Clint doesn't want to mention Steve and sex in the same sentence, that's wrong.

Alright, this is what I remember: After CA:TWS Bucky is on the run and runs into a little girl whose parents were just killed or he killed them. He keeps the little girl, they travel often then end up in Miami. It ends up being a Bucky/Steve fic but most of it centers on Bucky being raising the girl. Please help! not sure if I read it on AO3 or FF.NET.

Hi everyone! I'm looking for any and all fics that mention Bucky Bears in a (somewhat) significant way. Like, I love the idea of Bucky Bears being ubiquitous childhood toys for Americans and that many of the MCU characters had them growing up. Or maybe they've started reproducing them again and Bucky gets confronted with them. The Bucky Bears don't need to be the major point of the fic, just something that's been given some attention in the story.

Hey, everyone! I'm looking for a specific Stucky fic that I read on ao3 ages ago. In fact, I'm pretty sure it was a series, but maybe not.

It was a pre-war Stucky story with always-a-girl!Steve. Stucky was married when they went to the Expo where they met Howard. Stucky and Howard became friends and both Bucky and Steve (Steph?) are injected with the serum eventually, but I think Bucky was first. Sarah Rogers and Mrs. Barnes were featured as was the Rogers' Irish heritage. Lots of Irish endearments from the characters, especially Bucky (he picked it up from the Rogers.

Okay so I seem to have lost the name of a fic that I read some time back. it was a two part series and the first one had to do with Bucky and the Winter Soldier being two separate personalities. anyway bucky finds out that steve is gone and asks the winter soldier to help him find steve. the soldier doesn't like his handlers and does so going to shield to get part of the info they needed and leaving them a measage about hydra while they're at it. bucky find's steve and he wakes up, and together they go off on a hydra killing spree before shield finds them and hires them.
the second one is the averngers with bucky there too.
please help me find it
i will swear it is on AO3. It is a series and they were both fairly long but not too long.

Bucky wakes up and doesn't know how he got there, I think he remembers everything he did as the Winter Soldier, he does not know Loki is his dad. I'm looking for a Steve/Bucky fic that was a wip on AO3 the last time I was reading it, but it may have been completed by now. Since it was a wip I only remember the first bit . Steve isn't adjusting well to the 21st century and I think was hoping having Bucky around would help. Bucky adjusts suprising quickly but doesn't want to have much to do with Steve. They are pretty disconnected from each other, they don't live together and I think Bucky was going by James. Steve took some vacation time and went on a road trip on his motorcycle, with Bucky and Natasha following after him. Does this seem familiar to anyone?

I'm looking for a fic containing a scene where Steve's making himself a sandwich with a ridiculous amount/combination of fillings in it, and as he's watching him do it Tony is struck by how young Steve is- he thinks something along the lines of how only young people eat like that.
It's probably on Ao3, and might be a post Cap2 fic?

I'm looking for more of what Annehiggins calls "Tony falls apart because Budky is back" stories. I have her "Never Gonna Happen," "Broken" by babygirl_me, and somanyfeels' twosome of "So Selfish" and "Only Fair." I'd love to find more stories where Steve and Tony are a couple and happy together until Buck shows back up. Whether it's Steve spending so much time trying to bring his best friend back to himself that he forgets about or just neglits Tony, or Bucky's jealouy coming between the couple, whatever you can recommend. There's one story I recall where Steve kept trying to get a friendship goin between his best friend and his lover that he never noticed the hostility between the two, chiding Tony for his seeming dislike of Bucky, not realizing that it was only in response to Bucky's hateful attitude toward Tony. Anybody know that one?

This scene is very vague in my head so I don't know if it's part of a fanfic I read some time ago, or just an idea that came to me in the headspace between waking and sleeping when your head wants to sink back down, but your body's saying 'get up'. So any story with this type of scene would be nice to read. It's right after either a mission or a responce to a team member being attacked by the public or press. Or it could be a press conference called then or later. The team is introducing their newest member, the Winter Soldier -- yes, THAT Winter Soldier -- and no matter what he was maide to do in the past, he is a valued and trusted member of the team. Questions and criticism follow; the team says get over it, yadda, yadda, yadda. There may or may not be one or two other new members -- War Machine, Falcon. Steve and Bucky may or may not come out as a couple; or may or may not even be a couple. You get the picture. Anything along those line would be appreciated.

Hello. I am looking for a Stucky fanfic where James helps Steve escape from Shield/shield surveillance. Steve goes to a coffee shop regularly to get the shield agents use to that routine. Natasha is in charge of the detail and knows that something is going on. In the end, Steve gets out via the Subway system and lives with Bucky near a deli shop (maybe?) with two dogs.

I'm looking for a Stucky fic that I believe is part of a series or in the latter half of a long story (I feel like Clint/Coulson is the other main pairing?), where Bucky is Steve's Omega/Sub. When they have to bring the Winter Soldier in Bucky wants to kneel so badly that he punches his own leg with the metal arm to force himself to kneel. At the end of the fic Steve goes out to buy a collar for Bucky - it's brown leather (and he remembers that, when they were younger he had to use a belt because they were poor) and has a detachable plate (like Clint's) so he can fight in it.

I've tried searching AO3 using various tags with no avail, so any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
