Specific Steve/Bucky fic

I'm looking for a fic where both Steve and Bucky got captured by Hydra and turned into Winter Soldiers. SHIELD rescues them in the present but they were pretty broken and almost feral. I think there was some dub con and violence in their relationship as well. I don't think it had a particularily happy ending either.

edit - I think  that post-rescue they were being held by SHIELD  because they were too dangerous to be let out

It may have had Sam in it, but I can't remember for sure. It definitly wasn't The Long Game by dirtybinary.

No that isn't it. The Bucky and Steve that I remember were not nearly that functional. I'm also pretty sure that at some point they were being held by SHIELD.
