Hey 👋 I'm looking for a post-CAWS de-serumed steve fic(I'm sure it's stucky), where steve stays in his post-serum body?

He was injured(broke his neck I think but I'm not sure) severely and his serum kind of runs out curing this cause it was too much of a damage. he does a press conference, say he's retiring, while thinking his leg hurts like fucking hell(It was broken) and later he reunites with bucky.

and, yeah, that was pretty much it. loved steve&sam's friendship in this. Oh and I remember steve telling he don't know what to do with his life anymore(cause he can't be CA anymore) to his therapist(or maybe it was sam) and the therapist just says 'you just have to live it' ...or something like that. I've been searching on this for a while(It was on ao3)but I couldn't find it, so maybe it was deleted? I'm not sure. anyways, thx in advance. have a wonderful day:)
