Hello,

I can't find this fic at all. Help?

Loki and Steve are hit with a spell - I think by Amora during a fight, but I am not sure about that - and end up getting together.

I distinctly remember that the Avengers are searching for Loki because Steve is suffering under the spell, and he turns out to be holed up in a castle in Scotland or England somewhere.

Loki learns that Steve isn't doing well - I think he overhears Clint and Natasha searching in the abandoned castle where he lives? - and realizes that the spell will eventually kill Steve if they don't have sex. One scene that stood out is Loki testing out the effects of the spell on rats in the castle and being increasingly worried as they all die.

He kidnaps Steve and dub-con ensues, where both parties are interested but both are also under a mind-altering spell to make them interested. After it's over, Loki flees because he thinks Steve considers him a rapist.

I really want to reread 2 different fics and its bugging me that i cant find them.

The first is Tony and i think phil.
Tony is into BDSM but his partner abuses him. Phil? Finds out and looks after him. Lays down the law and says any prospective partner must be checked out and approved by JARVIS first. The end was the person liking Tony so much that they submit themselves to JARVIS approval.

The second is a Loki and Steve? fic. The person works out that loki only kills on 1 day a year and the number goes up by 1 esch year. Works out that this is his birthday and he kills because no one remembers. They find where he is living and take him a cake the day before. There is an attack the next day but no deaths. A relationship then develops.

I'm looking for a fic where Loki finds Bucky, his son, restores his memory of who he was, he might regrow his arm, I'm not sure. Bucky wakes up and doesn't know how he got there, I think he remembers everything he did as the Winter Soldier, he does not know Loki is his dad. There is a scene when he is on Asgard, Thor loves his nephew and wants him there but others don't like him because of his father. I think it's Steve/Bucky fic. Thanks for any help.

Hi! I've been searching for two fics in particular, and I have another general rec request.

The first fic is long, begins pre-ironman and is Tony-centric. (Also, I love angst so it probably had a healthy helping of that). I know it has Loki, and I know it has Fury -- in this fic, Fury has a huge soft spot for Tony. Tony also thinks of Fury in a more paternal way. In any case, the scene that I really remember is where Fury says "Ant. Boot." to Loki, and Tony thinks that that is so badass (and just like Fury). I think Tony was smirking or smiling? I don't know... I've been looking all over for this fic and I can't find it! Oh, and it was, because of the nature of the fic, either gen or pepperony.

The second fic (it may be the same) is also another long Tony-centric fic, but in this one, for whatever reason, Tony doesn't drink, and when he's giving his speal to Loki, Loki notices and Tony winks at him. I'm pretty sure it was tea that Tony was drinking?

Lastly, and I'm sorry that this is so long, I'm looking for any really long Tony-centric fics that start from his childhood? Preferably slash -- any pairing, but I am more of a Stony girl.

Hi, this is my first time posting on Livejournal whatsoever, so sorry if I've fudged things up!

I've been looking for this specific fic for a while now. It was Loki centric and for some reason he is on earth (I want to say banished or fallen from the bifrost but I'm not sure?). I can't remember much about this fic except that Tony was a big part of it as well, and I'm 90% sure it was Tony/Loki. I think Loki might have ended up with Tony at some point and one of the main things I remember was Pepper helping Loki get a house on the beach front and it has a view of Tony's Malibu mansion.

There's a high possibility that I've got several fics mixed up here but if anyone recognises any of these details let me know!

Hi, I'm searching for a specific fic.

It's AU (medieval I believe), Odin died and Thor is King (though not rigthfully so) he sends his brother to Tonys (Anthonys?) Kingdom to marry him/become engaged.
Loki thinks at first that all people in Tonys Kingdom are unciviliced etc... King Tony sees that Loki is not willingly there an does everything to make him feel better.
They do not know each others language and need an interpreter at first. They fall for each other...

Also later we learn that Thor actually sent Loki to spy on Tonys Kingdom.

I know it's probably not much to go by... but I hope very dearly that one of can help me.

Hi I'm looking for a specific story. Main characters were Tony and Loki. The only scene I remember is when Tony and Loki make it back from some where in space and Loki kept Tony alive by using his magic as an electro magnet when (I think it's it's the Chitauri) take it out. They've been gone for a while. When the come back they are really protective of each other. They both have weapons, knives, and are able to use them well.

I posted this about a month ago, but I just remembered something that may help.
In this fic Loki is Hela's parent and she is chosen to be the goddess of Hel and it's a big deal, like everyone in Asgard was jealous. Loki was able to go with her to Hel for her for some time so he could help her get acclimated to Hel. I remember Hel rode Slepnir to Hel. I hope this addition will help!

Kid/JiM Loki ends up in Avengers movie, MCU Loki thinks kid Loki is his son and makes brainwashed Clint protect him. I remember kid Loki hugging his 'dad,' wondering if he can help free Clint and Selvig, and wearing a shirt that implied he's lying.

I've been looking for it off and on for about a few months now.

It may have been on AO3 though I'm unsure. Loki did some magic or something on Clint when he was under his control so that way he can be pregnant. Loki has the baby and then went to Earth for protection and Clint finds out some time after that the baby is his and doesn't want anything to do with them. I remember there was one scene though some people came for the baby and Clint protected the baby because he was the only one able to.

Hey, I'm looking for a story a read some time ago. Loki being held captive and tortured in order to get Asgard's secrets. Odin came to the conclusion that Loki run to the enemy and Thor promised that when he find his brother he will kill him. Kidnappers tell Loki that every body in Asgard think he's a traitor and nobody looking for him. Then when one of the kidnappers met Thor he reviled what really happend to Loki. Thor find his brother all scared and Loki broke into tears and tells him that he never belives his torturers.

Feel like reading some Loki fics & am looking for two types if anyone knows of any:

1) Any fics that deal with the fact Loki pretty much tried to kill himself when he let go, or any that deal with him being suicidal in general. Or any in which he just doesn't value his own life. Or even fics along a similar vein that don't specifically deal with that, but sort of have the same feel.

2) Fics in which he works with/helps the good guys (especially Bucky, Sif or Thor) while still technically a villian and of his own free will. (Meaning, not a slave to the Avengers or something like that.) For example, Road to Nowhere by Lise or Revelations by astolat or even What Grows Beneath the Nettle by Lizardbeth.

I don't remember most of the fic, just that Loki is the son of Laufey and Odin. Odin is also the father of Fenrir, by Loki, perpetrated when Loki discovered Odin and Laufey getting it on. Loki was also sleeping with Baldur for a time, before Baldur was married off and raped Loki as a "goodbye".

Somehow Loki ends up teaming up with the Avengers to get his various kids back. Frigga joins as well, with Tyr (and I think Heimdall?), and declares war/rebells against Odin, taking over Asgard. At some point in it all Baldur is assassinated by... Clint I think?

I only remember one scene, and the team was watching Lord of the Rings. Thor and Loki recognized some of the story from real events in the other realms. Also, I think there was some discussion of storytelling, but I could be making that up.

It started with Thor saving someone from being abused, and in the end it turns out that it's loki, whose been removed from everyone's memory by Odin and sent to be abused. I just finished reading The Great Subconscious Club, and was blown away by how the relationship between Thor and Loki was handled. It was pretty much the first fic I've read where Thor realizes Loki's actions didn't form out of a vaccuum and that he (and Asgard) also have a degree of accountability. Loki still made bad choices that he has to take responsibility for, but he didn't become this way overnight for no reason.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any other fics that explore this theme of Thor realizing his treatment of Loki before may have led to the events of the movies? In the Thor movie, he says something like, "I'm sorry for what I've done to make you mad," which is a total "Sorry you were offended" faux-pology, and none of the movies made it seem like he realized his behavior in the past ("know your place") was part of the problem. Any other fics where he gets it and makes a real apology?

I read a fic a while back where the avengers get a hold of sensitive Shield data and realize that there's a prisoner being held captive and tortured by Shield. They realize it's Loki, jailbreak him out, hide him in the Tower. Meanwhile, it turns out to be part of a plot by some original character (I wish I could remember this name) who's trying to get them to "impeach" Fury so he can become the new Director.

Loki's magic is bound, and he originally starts out wearing a metal collar. Towards the end of the fic, he manages to get it unbound by making Thor command him to be able to use his magic.

I think this was on A03 but I'm not sure, and I can't find any trace of this story. It was very long, complete, and probably loki/tony pairing? if any? I forget.

Okay I don't remember much about this fic, but two scenes are in my head.

Basically Loki is living with the Avengers for penance for his crimes or something like that. He's helping clean up a mess in New York, he turns to talk to Thor and gets shot in the chest by one of his minders because his brother was killed in the invasion or something and the people of shield didn't check into it.

So after he's fixed up and everything Bruce was talking about how he has like, 6 chambers in his heart and an enlarged heart and Clint laughs at the irony, then Thor explains that because he's a Frost Giant his hearts supposed to be like that so that they can survive in the freezing temps of Jotunheim.

And that's all I remember from that story. Any help would be appreciated!

This is my first time posting here and I'm not sure if I'm doing it right.

So Google has finally failed me (or rather, my memory has) so I'm asking y'all for help.

I remember a couple of things, going by the assumption that they're of the same fic:

1. Loki fell to earth for some reason or another. He ended getting all buddy with Jane and Erik and Darcy. I can't remember if the fall was before or after the Avengers. I think it was before, when he fell off the Bifrost.

2. There was this myth thing that one of the mortals were reading, about how the myth-Loki killed Balder and was punished by being tied to a rock and having snake venom drip on him and Jane said something like how he deserved it for killing his brother and the Loki with them at the moment just lost it and said that the murder was actually an accident

3. The killing balder thing actually happened, except that balder was the bad guy and he was going to kill Thor so Loki had to stop him and he fashioned a spear out of mistletoe and threw it at Balder, except that he didn't want Balder to die, just to stop him

4. During this time, Heimdall was imprisoned for his own safety. The password to free him from his cell was "Thor lives", which Thor found out by going to the place where Loki was being punished and holding up a shield to, well, shield Loki from the venom while he asked Loki about Balder's death and then sent for Heimdall as proof of Loki's innocence

5. Someone else eventually got imprisoned in Asgard's dungeons again and Sif or someone had to say "Thor lives" to free them

6. (I'm not sure if this came from the same fic or not) but like, Jane wanted to watch a meteor shower and got really upset when the sky clouded over on the night of the meteor shower. So Loki took her up into the clouds to watch the meteor shower and said something about showing her how to fly properly bc Thor was always sucky at this sort of thing. And during this time in the clouds, Loki had let his shielding magic down so that Heimdall could see him and Heimdall told this to Thor (for what reason I don't know)

And that's about as much as I remember.
It was on AO3 and someone please help me find it because it's driving me crazy.

I'm looking for a fic of which I only vaguely remember one scene.

Loki is in her (I can't remember if she/he had any pronoun preferences or even thought like that at this point in the fic) female form, on a couch in Avenger's Tower with Tony. As far as I remember, she only takes on a female form with Tony, and even then only rarely. Natasha, I think (or possibly Bruce), walks in on them, seeing Loki as female for the first time, and simply asks what pronoun she prefers. Which is the point that Loki realizes that there are others like her (Asgard not being a very accepting place?). Loki is a bit shocked but happy.

Trouble is: as far as I remember this is only a scene in a larger story, which is not focused on this. I'm pretty sure it was Tony/Loki and that it was Natasha that walked in on them. Loki did not know that there were others like her/him who did not feel comfortable being simply male/female, or had doubts about their gender identity. Or that there even existed a pronoun for those that felt like neither. As far as I remember the Avengers were pretty nonjudgmental - can't remember what Thor thought.

I'd wager that this was a long fic, possibly 100 000 words or more, where this was a smaller theme, but the main point was probably fighting a bigger enemy or a Loki-redemption arch. It's probably at least a year old, likely more.

I've tried searching on AO3, but this isn't a small fandom and it doesn't help that I'm pretty sure the genderfluidity wasn't the point of the fic.

Fics where he redeems himself or was abused by odin, or even the sort where Thor's a big jerk, like the stories Wandering child and Lost Boys, or bargaining. Really angsty stuff. For this genre I'd prefer gen but I don't mind slash or het. I don't mind WiP if it is a long fic, really, I'm just looking for all the best loki fic's. The fic I'm looking for is an AU. Loki is sentenced in Asgard. As reparation, he has to give Thor an heir. A year later, after birthig a healthy boy, Loki demands his freedom and leaves for Midgard.
Odin, as one more insult, went back on his word and didn't give Loki his magic back, but Loki was not surprised.
On Earth, Loki finds a job in a stop-motion studio. After some time, Tony Stark starts funding the studio (i don't remember if he did so because he knew Loki was there or not). Either way, Pepper is a frequent guest at the studio, to check up on their work. She and Loki get to talking, and he eventually tells her what his sentence had been (Tony promises not to tell Thor where he was).
Loki and Pepper get closer, start dating and eventually marry. Their first child has Down Syndrome. Loki tells Pepper that if he had had such a child on Asgard, both of them would have been killed cause Asgard would believe that Loki birthed a not-perfect child to spite them. Had he'd birthed a girl, he would've been given back to Thor to try again). I think Pepper and Loki also had twins later on.
They got a house, and they were very happy in their lives. Then Thor came by, and pleaded with Loki to return to Asgard because 'their' son misses him. Thor said that the boy is very unhappy because he is not treated well by either Odin or the rest of Asgard (i think). Loki's reply to that is 'what did you expect, he came from me'. Loki refuses to go, and Pepper chases Thor away.
In the last part, Loki finds a silver hair and realises that Odin took away his immortality along with his magic, possibly as one more spit in the face. Except it turned out for the best, as Loki won't have to watch his entire family grow old and die around him.
The End

Wow, that is specific. Does anyone recall a fic like that? Please? I'm fairly certain it was on lj somewhere, but where exactly escapes me.
