Hey guys! I've been on a kind of Clint/Steve kick lately ever since seeing Civil War, but sadly it's hard to find any long or longish and plotty fics with bottom Steve in them. Can anyone rec me some? I'll take anything really as long as it has some kind of plot in it. I'd appreciate it!

I remember reading a fic where Steve was wanting to start entering the dating scene but he was nervous(?) because he knew he wasn't as experienced with sex. So Clint offered to teach him/help him out. Natasha "helps out" every once in a while. I believe it ends in Steve/Clint.

Hi, sorry to bother, but I was wondering if any of you remember a fic where Steve really gets into Clint but Clint doesn't really see it. Like he can't believe that Steve likes him or something.

I tried searching the Clint/Steve tag but is not there and searched AO3 and nothing rings a bell!!!

Please help!! Is not my primary ship but I love Clint and that fic was really nice!!

I once read a story that paired Clint Barton with Phil Coulson, and it opened with Barton grieving over Coulson's death at Loki's hands. Barton was hiding in air vents because he didn't want to interact with anyone. Maria Hill let him in on Coulson's recovery in Tahiti, and the two men kept in touch with video chats, speaking to each other in sign language.

While Barton's waiting for Coulson to return, Steve Rogers confides to Barton that he's gay, and Barton becomes Rogers's confidante and eventually his very patient boyfriend as Rogers struggles to accept himself. This all happens with Coulson's knowledge and approval, and when Coulson returns, he and Barton work together to help Rogers become comfortable with the idea of a gay triad.

Hi all,

I'm looking for a specific Steve/Clint, possibly also Clint/Other story. It's set in a D/s society with Clint as the team's only unattached submissive. What I remember of the fic was written through Steve's perspective and focused on him being a more "traditional" Dom and being appalled at Clint's abrasiveness and insistence on staying independent. Somehow the two become a couple (I don't THINK it was non-con, but I can't be sure) and Steve spends a lot of time trying to keep Clint in line. There was one specific thing that I remember where Clint was being rowdy in the field after a mission and Steve reached out and grabbed him by the collar and the press grabbed a photo of the moment had a field day with it. It was on the cover of some tabloid/magazine. After some time, Clint becomes way more reserved and people on the team begin to pick up on it and make Steve address the heavy-handed, controlling way he treats his sub. Don't remember the endgame of the story, which is driving me nuts.

I have been scouring AAO3 for this, so I suspect it must be on someone's LJ/DW.

Ok, ok, ok. So I know there are stories like this but I can't seem to find any. I'm looking au fics based around Steve/Tony where one is unaware of the others secret identity? Like, their dating, but either Steve is unaware that Tony is Iron Man or Tony is unaware that Steve is Captain America?
I don't mind any other pairings either (Bruce/Tony, Tony/Clint, Steve/Bucky...literally anything). Just no het pairings please!

Hi! I'm looking for recs in two veins, though any fics you know of that are both would of course be doubly welcomed!

Anything in which Steve Rogers is ace. I'm not terribly fond of Steve/Natasha except as a brotp, but any other well-written pairing is welcome as long as a primary focus of the story is Steve's asexuality. Coming out fic would be especially great, but really. Anything.

Steve/Clint fic that isn't PWP/doesn't have a different pairing as an endgame/isn't OT3/4/etc. Nothing against threesomes, I just want something that focuses on these two and how a relationship between them would develop!

1)Jealous!Steve-or-possessive!Steve-would-be-awesome(Stony,Steve/Clint,Steve/Loki, Steve/other het's fine)

2)Steve's interested in Tony but he seems obvious to it or it takes him awhile to get it or respond in kind.

3)Au Steve comes out the ice a different way or time (still prefer stony,but gen's fine too).

4)Au Steve and Tony meet alt version of them selves.

5) lovely het fics that deal with Steve/fem-tony(N stark) or xover Steve/female (I also like Steve/fem!Loki)--canon only please.

Like the subject line says, I'm looking for an Asexual!Clint/Steve story I read(on AO3 I think?) that I seem to have lost. I don't remember much, but I do remember in one scene Clint was wearing the asexual pride flag (or something similar?) and a guy stopped him to talk about it (and this happened when he and Steve were out together because they had been hanging out). I think there was also a point in the fic where Steve had to defend Clint from some civilian opinions? Or heard some people badmouthing him and didn't quite understand what was happening. I know it's not a lot, but if someone knows this fic and can tell me I'll love you forever haha

(also, no Steve/Clint tag? Can I request one please?)
