Hmmmm. I don't know if I can promise angst-free, but all my Tony/Loki recs are here.

For gender-bending Loki and hilariousness: Extremely Hot and Currently Female by Copperbadge. Smart, well-written and hysterically funny. Possibly the best Tony voice I've ever read.

There's a whole collection of fics where Tony and Loki take over the world. If you enjoy morally ambiguous Tony, this is the place to go. My favourite from this collection is In Another Country (People Die) by pprfaith. This is one of my favourite fics ever, in any fandom.
