Hello. :P

I'm very new to this fandom. (Long time canon lover, first time reader of this fandom's fanfiction.) ~~I once watched The Dark World three times back to back through the credits and pressed play again.~~ I've been getting by using my previous fan fiction finding knowledge, however I'd really love some help. As much as I love the tags here, I'm really looking for length.

I've just finished Allegiance by Robin_Mask http://archiveofourown.org/series/87262 And THAT was the bee's knees.

I love long and dark Thork. I'm talking 100k + I'd love it Asgard based but I'm happy to read anything.

Angst, mpreg, loki!whump, hurt/comfort... anything darker, anything goes. I crave it so.

Also if there are any communities with regular thorki posters, I'd be happy to receive them too.

I can't believe there is a community for finding fics I might like to read!

The single most important thing to me is that the fic feature Loki very much in character with the movies. I'm looking for fics set in the movie Marvel universe,

I prefer relatively short fics that I can read in an hour or less. I don't like WIP unless updates are very frequent.

I originally thought Loki/Tony would be the hottest pairing in the world, but so far I haven't really liked what I've read. I was less excited about Thor/Loki until I read part of one I found really interesting. Generally in fanfic I'm totally turned off by het, but a well-written Loki could even get me to read it.

I do not want to read character death. Absolutely no. If you're going to kill off Loki, don't tell me about it.

I don't enjoy the really hard-core kinks, like blood play.

Thank you so much for this community and any replies I get. Since he casually grabbed my soul, I can't think about anything except Loki.

Ohhh! Looking at the tags made me think of hurt/comfort, with Loki physically injured and Thor or Tony caring for him. Pretty soon I'm going to be ready to write that myself.

Hhey everybody! Nice to meet you all. I'm afraid I'm a bit late into this game and the sheer amount of fics out there are really starting to scare me, So I hope you can help.

1. Fics that showcase what things were like before the Thor movie between Thor and Loki. I'm not looking for abise fics, or angst fics where they hurt each other on purpose. I would prefer some brotherly love fics where they go on an adventure (I won't say no to Loki getting injured or hurt).
2. Any fics where Thor is a loving and protective older brother (even ones where Loki is a villian and Thor still looks out for him)

3. Any autistic Tony fics? Because sometimes the character reminds me so much of how my little brother acts who has aspergers.
4. Any fics about the Arc Reactor and how it's keeping Tony alive, and the avengers finding out.

5. Any good Clint/Tony fics out there... I'm becoming rather entranced by their fannon super snark in fics and want to see some good pairing fics. Any will be fine.

Whump is fine, but I'd rather avoid non-con, or over the top emotional angsts please. And please no Thor/Loki. I prefer them as just brothers.

This is a long shot, but I'm looking for an older fic. It has Loki showing up to help the Avenger team in Las Vegas, I wanna say, and then they bring him home, keep him in a locked room in Tony's basement at the house in California, and he slowly gets close to them. I remember that Loki has a couple of suicide attempts and he was cutting himself. The scene where he and Clint finally make amends has Clint telling Loki to give him the razor he had hidden. Also, at some point, SHIELD takes Loki and the guys there abuse him. And, not sure if this will help or not, but Janet Van Dyne and Hank Prym were in this story as Avengers.

Hi. I have read this story about a year ago. All I can clearly recall is that after Avengers Odin had punished Loki to be prisiner of S.H.I.E.L.D. Loki was tortured there and when part of Avegers (Stark and Rogers I think) had learned about that they had rescued Loki and hide him in Strak Tower. Later they one by one had told about that to other Avengers. Well something like that. Sorry for my English) My reading skills are much better than writing.

Hey,

I'm looking for a fic where Loki had been living at the Tower with the other Avengers. Fury disagreed with this decision and at one point abducts him, taking him back to S.H.I.E.L.D. for an interrogation. However, the operatives that Fury left him with decide to get some revenge for New York and torture him. I remember Steve, Bruce, and Tony driving to S.H.I.E.L.D. HQ to rescue Loki, actually passing the men that tortured Loki gloating about what they did, and finding him in a room covered with his blood and him hiding under the stretcher-like bed that was in the room. Later Natasha and Clint watch the security camera footage of the "interrogation".

This fic is driving up the wall, please someone out there tell me you remember it.

I am looking for two different fics both are Loki centric.

1:
Loki's punishment for breaking the bridge is that he must rebuild it by hand and he has to do it himself.

2:
After the Avengers Loki is being put on trail for everything that he has done. He starts to defend himself in front of the court by showing what the chitauri did to him. I know that this one fic had a tag warning for Blood eagle.There are Joutun's present at this trail and at one point they are talking and say that he is to young to have learned weapons from there stand point.

Sorry that I can't give more details I went back to find these two stories after my computer crashed and can't find them anywhere. Any help much appreciated.

Hello everyone, I think this community is amazing so I've joined livejournal again, just to look for a couple of fics.

1) Loki is taken back to Asgard by Thor and is not really accepted by the people of the city and is mocked/attacked. He gets hit on the head by a stone and has to be taken to the healers but he doesn't remember the event.

2) Loki has kind of joined the Avengers to fight against Amora. They go to an old warehouse/block of flats and all of the Avengers are hurt but Loki steps in before Amora can kill someone (I think it's Hawkeye she aims for) but he gets injured in the process.

If anyone has any other Loki h/c or angst suggestions I would be delighted to read them. Thank you! :)

Hi All,

I'm looking for a Loki fic, set post-Avengers. Loki is taken back to Asgard and I believe the Avengers come along. Odin is a prat and decides to punish Loki for his actions on Midgard by taking away his magic and having Loki's mouth sewn shut again. Only, instead of Thor turning the needle on Loki, he starts to sew his own lips shut.

Additional things that I think I remember from the story but am not sure: Part of a series? Odin taking Loki's magic away is extremely painful for Loki? Frigga wants to protest but Odin basically keeps telling her to sit down and shut up? The Avengers being all like 'hell no, Odin, you are a terrible parent? Loki (obviously) being terrified about having his lips sewn shut again?

Hope some of this is ringing bells for people!

First time poster here!

I've been reading a lot of fics about Loki, about his POV during the events of Thor and afterwards, and have become hopelessly smitten with the scamp that he is. ;) What I'd really like to read, and have had some trouble finding, are fics where Loki is the good one, the abused one, the misunderstood one, and Thor is the villian of the piece, either through ignorance (not realizing that Loki's been abused all these years, mentally, emotionally, physically, etc) or through sheer malevolence. Thor can be as bad or as indifferent as you like; hell, I'll even take good Thor; what I want to see is where someone else clues Thor into what his brother has been going through all this time. I'd like to see where the Avengers welcome Loki in with open arms, and maybe give Thor the cold shoulder. Any pairing, or gen, doesn't matter. Just want to read real angst-fests where other people realize that Loki isn't such a bad guy, after everything he's been through, and where Thor isn't so perfect and wonderful as he's been led to believe.

I hope this makes sense to someone!!! LOL. Thanks in advance, guys!

I'm looking for fic, where Thor was taking Loki back to Asgard in end of Avengers movie, but they landed some unknown planet. Loki was able to explain that he was mind controlled and he has some kind of tracker in his brain. Odin and Frigga appear and Odin is able to destroy tracker from Loki's brain, but Loki's brain is damaged... That's all I read... Or I just don't remember anymore.

I love jotun!Loki, expecially if it's Frostiron or Thorki. But usually in these fics, Loki is cold but his body is bearable.

I have seen some fics and comic pages in which it isn't so! Either Loki is too cold for others to touch, and in turn they are too hot for him to bear. In some cases Loki is slightly cold, but he can't bear other's touch.

So what I'm asking is if any of you know fics or fanart of this. Where temperature really matters! In which Loki can't stand Midgard's weather, or he accidentally burns someone warmer than him, or gets hurt because of his jotun body!

Hey all, I have been looking for this fic for a while but can't seem to find it anywhere: Its mostly about Loki. I think he gets captured by Thanos after the events of the Avengers and is tortured. He manages to escape (I think he manages to save up enough magic or something) and land at Tony's Malibu home where all the Avengers are. Thanos sends his minions after Loki and all the Avengers wind up fighting them until Loki finishes them off. The last part I read involved the whole team taking a passed out Loki away in a helicopter. It was still a WIP when I read it but hopefully its been updated/finished by now. Thanks!

I'm looking for any fics where either Loki, Clint, or Bruce is hurt/whumped in some way, and the only person they'll trust/feel safe with/allow to touch/help/go near them for some reason is Tony. Basically, any fics with Tony wowing everyone by how good he is at helping/comforting the whumped character, and everyone being very suprised that the hurt character choose Tony, of all people, to trust so implicitly.

Alright, this one I remember being on either norsekink or avengerkink and it's set in movie canon, probably post-avengers.

The Thor and Loki versions from an AU 'verse (where Loki wasn't neglected and turned out fine) somehow come through a magic portal and meet the Avengers and their own counterparts.
AU Loki knew about his heritage and chose to stay in his jotun form with pride, and he and Thor were best buds and maybe lovers.
In the story, Thor and his AU self went outside to spar while AU Loki has a little heart-to-heart with his counterpart, to which canon Loki ends up crying his heart out.

Hey guys,
I just recently discovered the wonders of emo/redeemed/hurt/misunderstood Loki, and I'm looking for a fic fix : )
Specifically, I'm looking for fics that focus on Loki interacting with the Avengers/becoming part of their team/family. Couple different types:
1. I'd love fics that have an abusive Odin, or fics that have Loki being tortured/coerced/forced into invading earth-like, there was more too it than met the eye, and the Avengers realize this and go all protective. I adore Loki whump, abused/tortured Loki.
2. I'd love fics where Loki is underage(not deaged, but actually physically underage) and the Avengers realize this and get all Bamf.
3. Fics where Loki is a single father, and maybe his child is being hurt/kept away from him.
4. Fics that deal with Loki being Jotun, and the racial prejudice he's faced on Asgard. Basically, fics that address the rather prejudiced/horrible ways Loki's been treated by his "family", and have the Avengers finding out/reacting too this.

I'm never going to sleep if I don't get this down. Sorry if someone already asked it.

So the main pair is stony, but the only scenes I remember are with Loki haha. Here it goes:

One scene is that the avengers find some chitauri (sp?) on Earth and ask Loki if he can see where they are, he opens a magic door/eye within him, but while he knows where they are they also know where to find him now, at the same time it opens a gateway for them to try to pass through him. As a result they are severely damaging his internal organs. He ends up ripping up part of central park because the pain causes his magic to go out of control. I think someone knocks him unconscious to stop it.

In another scene Loki and an unconscious Tony get locked in a chamber with the Hulk and Loki is using the last of his magic to teleport him and Tony away from the Hulk each time he charges at them while at the same time they are unable to leave the chamber.

Eventually Loki has to get some type of surgery so he doesn't die.

Also, near the beginning/middle Loki says something to Thor that implies he isn't worthy of him when he really means it vice versa. After Thor leaves Tony asks why he does that when it obviously upsets Thor.

And yeah, help me find this please!

I'm into this fandom for like 2 weeks and I need some good recs that have:

-Long fics, more than 15.000 words;
-Pairing: Thor/Loki/Tony, where we have Loki right in the middle, if you understand:D
-If is possible for Loki to be smaller than the 2 of them, like a sub or something like that;
-It can be a fem!Loki if the fic is good written and not just smut!
-It can have mpreg, I actually love it! Ohh~ and maybe the soulmates!theme! I didn't read any fic that have this specific theme;

I've spent 2 days looking for this story and I CAN"T FIND IT!!!! *sobs* And it is driving me insane.

Thor shows up and at Tony's lab and asks him to build a container. They go to a cave where Loki is tied up with the whole snake dripping venom scene. Loki has been badly damaged by the venom and Thor has been able to do anything to help him. There is a spell that if Thro does anything to help Loki he will be banned from the cave. The container is used to redirect the venom away from Loki. Steve and Bruce also help. The put pillows for Loki to lie on so he can be more comfy and they feed and heal him.

Please!! Somebody save my sanity!!!

I am looking for a fic I saw on AO3. It's post movie and the avengers have gone with Thor and Loki to Asgard for Loki's trial. Odin strips Loki of his Aesir disguise and Loki is in his Jotun body. The Avengers are appalled at how Loki is actually a child, but is treated like an adult. They are protective of Loki and basically call Odin on his shitty parenting. Anyone recognize this? The other Avengers, watching on a security camera I think, realize that Thor is about to rape Loki (cue cultural differences and misunderstandings). Steve pulls Thor off of Loki.

I'm having a really tough time recently, both with family and with work, and I was wondering if you could recommend me fics in which Loki did what I desperately want to do, and just ran away. As in, from Asgard. He decided that he'd had more than enough of everyone's BS, and that he wasn't scared to get out of a place which was like poison to him. I don't care where he goes. I'm just looking for Loki being happier, anywhere else but Asgard. I don't even need him to have run away, even if he'd been kidnapped, or banned, or tried to kill himself off the rainbow bridge. Just, Loki, looking out for himself, and getting away. It's a bit of a vague request, but I'll take anything that even falls roughly within the description. Kinda like the Housemates 'Verse by Coneycat.

I'm partial to frostiron, but I'll generally take what I can get.

Loki and Tony get kidnapped and end up rescuing themselves, but a much longer time has passed for them than has passed for the Avengers, who aren't too worried and are very upset that Tony has come back a different person than he was before. If I remember correctly it was Loki/Tony and Steve, or one of the members was noticing that Tony and Loki looked like they were comfortable around each other and seemed to forget that they weren't alone because of the amount of time they had spent together.

Please? I'm on my knees!

Hello folks!

I'm feeling rather cold at the moment, so I'm looking for something *fiery*. Okay, let me explain. I love Pepper, I really do. I think she's amazing. But I don't think she and Tony are meant for each other. As in. I love Tony too. But they're totally different people. Like, polar opposites. And while I understand the initial attraction I don't see anything in the long term. TBH while I love Steve/Tony too, I think Steve's too nice for Tony, who can be a dick at the best of times.

I'm looking for fics in which Tony gets together with Loki, and I don't particularly care about the circumstance, but I would like it to be (eventually) a monogamous relationship between them, but like no other. Something heated and fierce and rough. Not to say they don't love each other, and I'm not just looking for hot kinky sex either (though it helps). But something passionate, and burning. Because only Tony can understand the dark, desperate, angry, loneliness inside Loki, and vice versa. Am I making any sense?

So yes, essentially I'm looking for Frostiron fics, but on the dark side. I don't want Loki to turn out to be sweet and fluffy and romantic, and I don't want Tony to change into something he isn't just to have a relationship. And I want them to fit in their rough edges and anger and desperation, and knowing what it feels like to be unwanted and unloved and mistrusted at every turn.

God, I'm so sorry if I'm wasting your time with this! I really hope someone knows what I'm talking about and can help me out!

in the fic after the avengers movie loki's taken back to asguard where he has a miscarriage caused by the hulk throwing him about like a doll. it's a known fact in the 9 realms that some children in the womb can cause their mothers to go insane and basically warp and semi control their minds and in fact odin caused just that in his mother. because of this quirk the parent affected is considered blameless while all acts caused by the "mother" are considered the fault and crimes of the child and after birth are punished for them. once loki comes back to sanity he regrets what happened and goes back to midgard with thor to help even though he's still ill. it's from what i can remember a thor/loki fic and it was on either fanfiction.net or archive of our own. i think it was a wip and i remember the other avengers not believing about the baby being the one to cause loki's actiions and mental instability. any help would be very much appreciated. thanks in advance.
