Hi,

I'm looking for a specific Clint/Coulson fic, I think it was an established relationship, where Clint starts nagging because Phil is always busy with work and they have an argument during which Phil slaps Clint and then proceeds to feel terrible about it. I'm pretty sure it's from Clint's point of view and there was some emphasis on him being whiny or childish.

Anyone know this one? Or any similar fits where the relationship isn't smooth sailing?
I hope this is tagged right, this is my first post here.

Hello all!

I tried to find this one myself but to no avail.

Clint and Steve are stranded together in the wilderness when a decision by Clint brings down their Quinjet? I remember that Steve is injured, and Clint has to tend to him, and that Clint is hiding a series leg wound and their roles are later reversed. Part way through the story, they are taken in by a village and Steve is later captured and Bruce poses as a potential buyer?

I really want to re-read this, and any other suggested Steve/Clint friendship fics!

I'm looking for a fic in which Tony finds Clint as a circus performer and kinda adopts him as a brother?

I remember it was a clint/coulson fic, but they had a really bad introduction because coulson thought clint was tony's hooker, and clint was super offended, and tony kinda backed him up.

It's making me crazy. It was basically tony & clint as bros, and I remember tony did something to further clint's education?

I have been looking for over six months and cannot find this story. I think there are two stories but the author didn't link them together.

1. Clint is working for SHIELD, has a crush on Coulson, but doesn't do anything about it. He has had a long line of crappy relationships and gets into another abusive relationship with an ambulance driver, who turns out to be a mutant who is really strong. They always stay at Clints crappy apartment, that he only got because his boyfriend kept asking where he lived and he couldn't tell him he lived on the SHIELD base. The guy's really rough with him but he doesn't do anything about it because it's not messing with his job, until it does. He gets injured on a mission and has to take off his clothes and Coulson sees all the bruises, and suddenly Clint is staying at Phil's place and not allowed to see that guy anymore, and they start a relationship.

2. It is a prequel to the first one. A teen Clint ends up working for… some loser who is already employing Natasha, for burglery I think, but she's still the Black Widow, eventually. Clint helps her escape from this guy and Clint stays and ends up being abused by him. The guy burns down the house of a nice couple Clint knows.

When Clint is working for SHIELD he still brings Natasha in but she was working for the loser again, who may be a clone?

I hope I haven't mixed up multiple stories. Please help me find them! I am beyond desperate.

I've tried everywhere I can think of to find this one, and just can't find it based on what I remember...

Clint (an alpha) wants Coulson but thinks he's a bad alpha. Steve ends up fighting Clint for Coulson, and nearly kills him. Coulson breaks his wrist/hand in Steve's face. I think Thor or Iron Man have to take Steve down, and he gets suspended.

It's a multi chapter fic, not sure if it's still a WIP.

I normally have good luck with Google but I can't find this one.

Clint and Natasha join SHIELD as kids and Coulson takes them in.

I originally thought this story was "We Grew Under a Bad Sun" by torncorpse but though this is a good story and similar, it's not the one I'm looking for.

The story I'm looking for is complete. There's a scene where Coulson takes Clint to the zoo and Clint sneaks away on one of Coulson's missions and saves it which results in Sitwell getting a crush on him because he thinks Hawkeye is a woman.

Natasha joins them by being sent in a box and she kills some agents before Clint can stop her and asks to keep her because she's like him.

Clint and Tasha try the couple thing but find they prefer being siblings.

Bruce agrees to go with Tasha cause she says her brother was in trouble.

Clint gets men to follow him under Loki by letting them beat him up. Loki does not approve.

Clint gets his mind back sooner because said men beat him up and he flys to the rescue with something wrapped around his bleeding head causing Tony to snark about about his "fashion sense".

Clint pleads with Loki to save Coulson and become a good guy, which he does, and they all live happily ever after.

You'd think with remembering that much I'd find it but Google just isn't being nice to me today!

Hi all,
I'm looking for a couple different Clint/Coulson fics I read a while back and can't seem to find again:
1. I just mostly remember the summary, which was something about Clint being injured and broke, and running away or something, and Tasha and Coulson have to follow him/find him/bring him home? I think Clint might have been disabled in some way.
2. After Coulson's "death", Clint has trouble connecting with others, including the Avengers. He spends most of his time hiding in air vents, and the Avengers don't understand him/realize what a great guy he actually is until Coulson comes back from the dead.
3. A slavery AU where Clint is bought by SHIELD, as an impulse buy by Coulson to rescue him from abusive owners or something, and Coulson rehabilitates him-I remember something about Clint not wanting to sleep in a bed because he was used to living in a cage. Tony comes into is somehow, as Clint's friend or something.
More generally, I'd love any fics that depict Clint's efforts to get to know the Avengers, particularly depictions of Bruce/Clint or Clint/Tony or Bruce/Clint/Tony friendships.

I'm looking for any fics where either Loki, Clint, or Bruce is hurt/whumped in some way, and the only person they'll trust/feel safe with/allow to touch/help/go near them for some reason is Tony. Basically, any fics with Tony wowing everyone by how good he is at helping/comforting the whumped character, and everyone being very suprised that the hurt character choose Tony, of all people, to trust so implicitly.

Hi, I'm looking for a few different fics

1. Clint and Coulson are married or live together... The team doesn't know though, and one day Coulson doesn't come into work...the team arrives at his house shortly before he comes home having just rescued clint. I think maybe Clint was disabled in some way... Anyone know this or one like it?

2. Steve and Clint are locked up together. The cell is filthy and Clint gets sick while there. Steve tries to take care of him and keep him safe.

3. Any fics where Clint has trouble meshing with the team... Maybe he has social anxiety or something... Or low self esteem... The team my even be cold to him or exclude him... But then someone or somehow they find out how great clint really is, or how hard his life has been and things get better.

4. Any fics where team members are protective of clint!

I'm looking for a specific fic: The Avengers are all turned into kids (how? I don't remember...) and Coulson has to look after them. Clint is extremely shy (afraid of adults because of troubled childhood? could be...) and even shaking like a leaf at some point in the story. Instead of bathing them, Coulson lets them play in a pool with bubbles, but Clint just sits on the edge of it. Coulson later manages to get him wet and Clint allows him to help him change, but is still trembling; I think he starts to open up later on... I'm not really sure, but I think it was two parts, something like that, and not finished (yet)... Help me, please :)

I'm looking for 2 specific fics and 1 general search. The first one is Steve/Tony and might be part of a longer series. The scene I remember has Steve accidentally hitting Tony while Tony is trying to wake him from a nightmare. When Tony sees the giant bruise on his face in the morning, he leaves before Steve wakes up because he's afraid if Steve sees it he'll blame himself and won't sleep with Tony anymore. I think Tony goes to SI and has Pepper send him on a last minute business trip or something? Found. Link in comments.

I can't remember if there were pairings for the second fic or not. For the part I remember, Clint was living in a conference room at SHIELD because he couldn't get back into the barracks until he was cleared as not being a danger anymore. I think he had made a blanket nest on a table and was eating Cheetos or something when Tony found him and brought him back to the tower. I believe this was the start of one of those "the Avengers all come to live together at the tower" fics. Found. Link in comments.

And finally any other fics with Tony & Clint friendship, specifically Clint being kind of a mess after Loki and Tony helping him out.

Hello! I am looking for a specific fic set pre-avengers. I read it some time ago and loved it, and now I can't find it again. I remember the fic details Clint working as an assassin for the government pre-Shield, and it is well understood that if a mission ever goes south nobody will come save him. He eventually joins Shield after he refuses to finish a job that required him to kill a young boy. Sometime after joining Shield a mission does go south and he is completely surprised when Coulson shows up to save him. I remember Coulson, and perhaps a few other Shield members, are surprised and unhappy with the realization that Clint thought nobody would come save him.

I am almost entirely certain it was a slow-build Clint/Coulson fic.

It has really been bugging me that I can't find this one again. If anyone can help me out, I would be grateful!

I am looking for a Clint/Coulson fic I read some time ago, an AU where Clint ended up as a young man working for a highly abusive pimp. He may have washed out of the military but what I remember in particular was scene early in the story where Clint is hurt and and hungry and Coulson brings him a sandwich and Clint questions what the cost will be.
He is still a great marksman but is very beaten down by circumstance and doesn't even own a bow. The pimp who kept him also kept most of his money and CLint was always cold and hungry.

I'm looking for a story that has a scene where Hawkeye is wandering lost in the subway tunnels. He and the Team had been fighting a bunch of giant lizards or bugs until he fell underground, and he finds a big nest of them underground as he tries to find a way out. He is still in contact with the Team (I think?) and they try to find him/lead him out when he gets ambushed by the enemy.

That's all I can recall. I've been wracking my brain for three days searching and trying to figure out if the story had whump/BAMF!Clint or if there were any pairings at all. I'm guessing it could be at least a medium-length fic and possibly not Clint-centric. Any help would be incredibly awesome :)

My first and last request was answered super-quickly, so I'm asking to make my day once more!
Recently I've been reading a lot of fluff and happy-going and -ending stories so now I crave for some angst. But with HE! /wince/ Sorry, I'm primitive like that.

I'm looking for slash, any pairing though Steve and Tony and Bruce are my favourites. Can be get-together or established.

Basically, I want some trust or self-esteem issues. It could be heavy - like being previously tortured or experimented on by military (Bruce). A bit lighter - like bad relationship in the past, not necessarily with abuse or non-con, maybe just not being appreciated and thinking he should always offer something in return. Wanna see how the couple deals with it, the other partner knowing all along or gradually finding out, doesn't matter.
Can be an AU without superpowers, 'm not picky)

Some examples:
Assume a Defensive Stance AO3, Clint/Bruce, Clint thinking himself being a good lay is the only thing he can offer and Bruce being wonderful and protective)
Red Against White AO3, Bruce/Tony, team finds out about Ross experiments )
Hell Ain't A Bad Place To Be AO3, pre-Bruce/Tony, Stark drags Bruce out of the research facility, wary Bruce and awesome Tony. But there's no promised slash in the end, sniff ;( )

I'm looking for one specific fic and some general recs, and I hope you guys can help.

I don't remember a huge amount about the specific story I'm looking for, but from what I do remember it was set after the battle, and Clint was suffering from some type of chronic insomnia, barely sleeping enough to function and messed up brain waves/chemicals, because of what Loki did to him.
I think perhaps it was Bruce that helped to fix him? It may have also included Coulson being alive as well, though I'm not too sure. I hope someone recognises it.

I'm also looking for some general recs in two areas, dealing with Clint whump (I feel a terrible person now!).

1, I'd love more of the above, about Clint dealing with the aftermath of being under Loki's control. A brilliant example would be Who by Fire? I by Jesseofthenort but anything at all about how he struggles after would be great. Lots of angst and H/C would be perfect.

2, Any good stories where Clint feels insecure about his place on the Avengers, feels marginalised or unimportant, maybe not realising the others care. Again, angst etc would be great.

As for pairings, preferably Clint/Coulson, or gen. I don't mind Nat/Clint, but only if it's a past relationship. Also Happy endings (or happy-ish) if possible!

Hoping you guys might be able to help me out. I've misplaced 2 fics, and am searching for some general recs.

Specifics:
1) I can't quite remember most of it, it's one of the first fics I read when I got into this fandom, but it's centered on Bruce and Natasha, and Natasha realizing her mistake was telling Bruce he'd be okay, instead of asking him for help in the Helicarrier, because her telling Bruce was what triggered the Hulk, and if she had asked for help instead, he could have pushed the Hulk back. Does this ring bells for anyone? FOUND (A Chance To Field-Test Some Crazy Ideas)

2) It was a WIP when I last saw it, and I've totally misplaced it. It's a slight AU, in that SHIELD still exists, but the Specialists (Natasha and Clint, others are mentioned in passing) are known as Hawks, and their barracks are known as Mews, and it's a very falconry-based world. I believe it's Trickshot that's abusing Clint, and Coulson winds up in possession of him, and when he takes Clint up to his new room, he mentions that when Natasha is there, the curtains must be left open (a past trauma of hers, and apparently it's supposed to instill panic in the 'Hawks' when they see open windows), and Clint says that's fine, he's never been bothered by the open sky. FOUND (Passanger)

Generals:
3) Any fics similar to #2, in that the agents are treated as hawks/falcons/hunting companions.
4) Any slavery fics, I'm finding precious few of those.
5) Any suicidal fics, especially Clint. Also on the prowl for Clint-centric self-harm.
6) My usual pleadings for deaf-Clint, hurt/comfort with the Clint/Coulson (or Clint/Coulson/Natasha) pairings.
7) Lastly, I'm starting to venture out of Clint/Coulson and have taken an interest in Steve/Tony, but I'm not sure where to start. Any 'must-reads' that you all are willing to share would be greatly appreciated.

I'm searching for a story I read, maybe here, maybe on AO3. AU where Loki was a member of the Avengers & each Avenger is assigned to a handler, 2-3 to an agent.

Fury assigns Clint from Coulson to a new handler. The new handler had been Loki's, who flipped out and left the Avengers without explaining why. Fury suspects the handler is the reason & figures Clint won't take any crap & they'll get the truth about the handler from him. They thought wrong. Clint allows the handler to physically & emotionally abuse him, due to a misunderstanding of the handler/asset guidebook.

Features Clint using the air ducts to sneak into Coulson's room to sleep on his couch, until he gets the new handler who punishes him for it. Loki eventually returns to warn Clint, then Phil & the team find out what's been happening & much badassery ensues on behalf of Loki & Clint by their team.

Can't remember if it ends with Clint/Coulson or if it's only implied. I think there may have been implied (strongly) Natasha/Fury, but nothing explicit.

I'm pretty sure this was a full of some kind, but I haven't been able to locate it - the avengers show up at coulson's apartment to find signs of a struggle and of someone not coulson fighting back, as well as clothes and belongings that aren't his. Just as they go to rescue him/them, the pair show up, having kicked ass and taken names by rescuing themselves.

It's Clint/Coulson pre-slash (might end as slash) in which they are on a mission in South America somewhere and after the mission goes south, they have to find their way out of the country to a SHIELD rendezvous.
Clint is injured and Coulson steals a jeep which ends up crashing(?) as they feel the country. Clint is pretty badly injured and tells Coulson to leave him repeatedly though out, and at some point Coulson is captured and Clint rescues him (from a train?)
Sorry I couldn't remember more detail, if anyone recognises this (or anything similar) that'd be amazing :)
