I just found that the Wayback machine has the first 18 chapters:

I reported it to AO3 and after quite a wait they replied that there is definitely something wrong- it's marked as a Mystery work, but it's not associated with any challenge community as it should be.

Unfortunately, their coders are too busy to even try to figure it out. *sigh*

I don't have the last chapter, but I'm unwilling to put my email up in public view... anyway, it's a pretty good story up to the 18 chapters I got from Wayback & I can imagine an ending. :^)
