Looking for Jotun!Loki Centric fic

Hey guys, not sure if people are still on here but figured it was worth a shot.

I'm looking for a fic where Loki was never taken by Odin. It was super long and the author did a lot of world building.

What I remember:

- Laufey did not raise Loki. He was an outcast who was raised in the temple and then later by wolves.

- At one point he is taken by the Kree and he becomes a slave/fighter. He meets Thor and they fight in the areana / become friends

- They end up on Asgard and I think at one point Frigga and Odin deem him something close to a prince?

- As a slave his name was Kol (or something like that) and he had shapeshifted, so Thor doesn't know Loki's a Jotun.

- At one point both are banished (I think) to earth.

- Was not a slash fic

As I said, the author did a lot of wolrd building and I remember it being really long! I've tried finding it on ff.net and a03 but nothing so far. I hope it wasn't deleted.
