Steve/Tony Amnesia Fic

HELLO i am actually going slightly insane looking for this fic, it's like having a word on the tip of your tongue but has lasted weeks. I will actually reward(??) anyone who can find this. baked goods sent to your house, paying for a fic/art commission, literally eternal good karma for saving me from thought spirals???? you pick. thanks in advance~~

It's an amnesia fic where I believe Steve (though I may have switched them) loses his memory and so has completely forgotten his entire relationship with Tony (either his husband/fiancee/bf). The doctors say no one can tell Steve because it could cause his brain to overload or something along those lines and so Tony has to pretend to just be his friend. Turns out doctors are evil/hydra.

I just remember this one scene where Steve is cleared to move back into the Tower and Tony is devastated because he is going to have to keep up the charade and how is he supposed to do that when his room is steve's room and all of steve's photos have tony in them etc…. My heart just broke. Thanks for the help!!
