1. Hi, it's been so long since I've read any story in this fandom and I'm really really craving some Winter/Tony fics. I really would love to read some where Tony finds Winter or Winter and trys to help him become Bucky.

2. Any time travel to Captain America era. Can be bucky/tony or Tony/steve (prefer bottom Steve)

It's a CA:TWS AU. Where Bucky needs repairs, Howard was the creator of Bucky's arm, and Bucky comes looking for Howard, and gets Tony instead.

It fits your request pretty darn well (in my mind anyways). It is one of my favourite fics and is the fic that got me into Winter Soldier/Tony.
