The Civil War and after: outsiders POV or mutants POV

I've seen this touched upon here and there in various stories but always through the eyes and reactions of the ExVengers.  So I wonder if anyone has written anything Civil War and post Civil War stories of the split teams as seen by outsiders.  SHIELD and ex-SHIELD agents, people on the streets of the various places they've fought, or anyone who runs into the Team Cap members while they are on the run or hiding out.  I've seen a couple short scenes in much longer stories where (mostly) Steve and Wanda are reconginzed while hiding in empty buildings or trying to be incognito on the street, or people caught up in battles they've started.  People have run in fear or stood up to Cap's party with fear, anger, and hate when protecting children or someone who can't flee.

Something else I wondered about was any stories during or after the Civil War from the X-Men's perspective, either Xavier's people or Magneto's people.  Do they help?  Do they take advantage of the chaos?
