Overworked Tony begging for rest

Hello! I have a very specific story I remember reading and cannot for the life of me find again! I remember it was an overworked Tony, who was at a breaking point. It was bad enough that when he got struck down in battle (with things coming through a portal I believe) and Steve comes to check on him, he thinks Steve wants him to keep fighting. He ends up begging Steve not to make him fight anymore, to let him rest.

If that rings any bells, I'd really like to reread the piece! Also, if anyone has some general overworked/under appreciated Tony fics they want to pass along, I'm always looking for more!

There's a REALLY GOOD long one thats still going, called Amend
its 39 chapters so far, and it's basically where after Civil War the avengers get back together but it's very tense. Tony suffers something similar to a heart attack and the avengers realise just how much he was o=doing for them.
