Post New York Tony Fic Search

Hi guys, I'm looking for some fanfics taking place just after the Battle for New York where Tony didn't make it back through the portal in time / was affected by the nuke blast in space / was not caught by the Hulk in time / got kidnapped by the Chitauri / suffers massive, and I mean <i>Massive</i> PTSD after the attack. Lots of Tony whump basically.

Gen or Pepperony is fine, if at all avoidable please no Stony. But if the story is exceptionally written I'm willing to shut an eye and read through it anyway.

Have you read The Undone Universe (http://archiveofourown.org/works/548610) series? It starts with Tony falling back through the closing portal and ending up in a far away universe. Lots of Tony angst, not right from the start but eventually. And things just keep getting worse.
This series does have a little bit of Stony, most of it in the first story and with a Steve from an alternate universe. Other parts can be read as gen. I mean, Tony is obviously attracted to Steve but I can't remember anything more than that.

There's "Chitauri Apocalypse" by Del_Rion (http://archiveofourown.org/works/705051/chapters/1301178), which has Iron Man never fell back through the portal in the summury. Unfortunatly, despite having it bookmarked for ages, I have yet to read it, so I can't tell you any more than that.

OMG, Chitauri Apocalypse was epic. Thank you so much for that rec! The author is a gem and has written LOTS more Tony centric stuff too!
