Avengers: A Deal with the Devil, written by IBegToDreamAndDiffer is found at Archive of Our Own. It's Loki/Tony, or maybe I should say Dark!Loki/Dark!Tony since both of them are very dark, possibly insane here. Tony makes a deal with Loki, binding them together so one cannot betray the other. Tony finds evidence that he's only allowed to be a part of the Avengers so they can steal his tech and his suit before kicking him to the curb. This is from the WSC, through Fury, with a recommendation from Coulson, with Barton and Romanoff spying for them to take the suit and Rogers trying to get Tony to quit the team. So he wants revenge, want to take them all down. Check it out.
