Tony's PTSD Fic Recs

Hi, does anyone know any fics that have the avengers (some or all) being captured and tortured, and this leads to Tony having to deal with his PTSD in front of everyone? Maybe some, like Steve, didn't know about it, or what really happened in Afghanistan. Bonus points if it's Stony.
Or any fic that deals with Tony's PTSD from Afghanistan or Avengers, and includes the other Avengers or Rhodey.

There's this one. It's Stony, dealing with water PTSD. The rest of the series of works is really good as well, the author does really good stories.

Does anyone else remember one where Tony reluctantly builds a swimming pool for the team and no one understood why he didn't want to do it, and then they jokingly throw him in and he panics? And Steve grovels outside his door for awhile?
