Hi! New to the fandom and I've been mainlining post Civil War fanfics. I'm looking for one where the rogue Avengers are caught and imprisoned. The part I remember clearly was that Steve's lawyer was a character from the television series DareDevil. Steve was stubbornly refusing to see any side other than his own. It was quite lengthy (not sure if it was one fic or a series) and it would be on A03.

I know I read this at some point but I don't think I can find the bookmark now. I'm pretty sure the lawyer is Franklin "Foggy" Nelson instead of Matt. Maybe that will help you some?

Steve is not so much caught, as turns himself in after learning that Tony died in Siberia. The rest of Team Cap is caught eventually.
