[FOUND] Post-CA:CW Team Iron Man Specific Fic?

Hello! So as may have been garnered from the title, I'm looking for a specific fic. I can't remember much, but I can tell you a few things:

1. It was definitely on AO3.

2. It was pro-Accords/Team IM/Team Tony.

3. It was one of the fics where Tony created a "new" Avengers.

4. I don't remember much of the team, but I can tell you that there was an OFC who had similar powers to Wanda but they were blue and she had trained her whole life. She was also Tony's closest friend, pre-everything. I think her name may have started with a J?

5. There was a scene where the old Avengers/Team Cap were being kept in cars (for their safety) as they made their way to either the Tower or Compound and they had escorts made up of the new team. (I think - this one I'm less sure about.

I have been looking for this fic for absolute ages, does it ring a bell for anyone?
