Looking for some good team fic recs

I'm hoping someone can help me out with recs to their favorite team fics. I've been reading a lot of Post Civil War fics and finding myself sick of the split in the team. So I want to go back and read fics from before Civil War came out, probably even before Ultron. Just fics where the team is a team, friends, or even family.

I read a lot of different pairings so it doesn't matter what pairings the fic has or if there aren't any. I just want to see positive interactions with the team after all of the negative ones I've read recently.

I actually wrote a fic about protective team dynamics a while back, if that's something you're interested in. You can find it Here (http://archiveofourown.org/works/6760894). Other ones I know: scifigrl47 has a bunch of stories, but there's a lot of Stony and ClintCoulson in them, which you can't always ignore by just glazing over at those parts. Um. If you're into AUs a friend of mine wrote a GREAT Suicide Squad AU with the team as the squad, which you can find Here (http://archiveofourown.org/series/654539). Another AU, a future-scifi one by LadyKarai is Across the Horizons of our minds (http://archiveofourown.org/works/5603467). It's unfinished but absolutely fantastic. I sometimes take prompts, if you want something specific, but forewarning, I tend to focus a lot on the Maximoffs. I can't think of any other fics or such right now, but if I remember any, I'll add some in here.

"Damaged Defenders" by Sherza - the team adopts Loki, several x-men, and various other marvel characters, then takes names and kicks assess of various abusers. Still in progress at 297928 words. Very satisfying.

"Love Is for Children" series by Ysabetwordsmith, where Coulson lives and is the Avengers awesome uncle, both when they kick villain ass, and when they play-act as children to unwind and relax. Series in progress, 30+ stories complete. Cute as a button.

"Truth Behind Masks" by scifigrl47 focuses mostly on Stony relationship, complicated by secret identity, but there are tons of deligtfull team interactions as well. (The team is bigger than in the movies, and they're a bunch of gossiping, nosy devils, but in the best possible way). A balm for my civil-war-torn soul.

There's also "A Very Good Team" by Qweb (on FFnet) which I've seen recced many times, but didn't get around to reading yet, so can't really say much about it. :)

Thank you for your suggestions. I've had Damaged Defenders on my to read list for a while, thanks for reminding me to start. I'll also add Love is For Children, it looks interesting. A Very Good Team is another one I haven't gotten around to reading yet so I should get on that.
