Not sure if it qualifies, but "Saving the World (Is Totally a Date)" by Wordsplat has both Tony and Steve working as teachers in highschool, and also, unbeknownst to each other,they are the hero Captain America and the villain Ironman.

"The Ghosts of War" by scifigrl47 - A total medieval AU, where Steve is a king, and Tony his blacksmith/fake consort, and also, secretly, Ironman (with magic).

"Ain't Nobody's Business If I Do" by copperbadge, Noir AU where Steve is a cop, and Tony a mob boss.
