You might try checking out "Iron Man Yes, Tony Stark...Not Recommended" by lilsmartass at AO3. It's the first story in the series "First Impressions and Second Chances." Tony is trying to be a good teammate, host, and friend as Natasha, Clint, Steve, and the rest of the team move into the tower only to be met with hostility and suspicion no matter what he does and left out of team building and meetings.

Here's another favorite. Newborn, written by ilerre and found at both Archive of Our Own and FanFiction.Net. The team and friends turn on Tony when they think he's cheated on his husband Steve. Again, the author's name is spelled I-L-E-R-R-E.
