Trial fics please

So what I'm looking for is some good post Winter Soldier fics where Hydra members are being put on trial for their treatment of Bucky (among other things) or Bucky going on Trial for his actions as the Winter Soldier. I've read The Best Revenge by Hydraarill, which is what got me on this little hunt. Got any other good ones to reccommend? Please and Thank You!

As for the Winter Soldier aka Bucky's trial, I think the most well-known fic is this one: United States v. Barnes, 617 F. Supp. 2d 143 (D.D.C. 2015) (check out, too, the "other works" for more works spinning of this fic).

I'd love to read more fics, too, where average members of Hydra are put on trial, but I don't know of any others than "The Best Revenge".

One of my favorite fanfic subjects. These are what I have in my files; from Archive of Our own unless otherwise noted.
"United States v. Barnes, 617 F. Supp.2d 143 (D.D.C. 2015)" by fallingvoices and radialarch. "The Winter Soldier Trial" by paperflower86 is some fine artwork to go with that story. WhatEvenAmI wrote "Perfect Little Snowflake" which deals with Maria Hill consulting with Bucky's psychologists and psychiatrists and preparing them for trial in the aftermath of Alexander Pierce's abuse of the Winter Soldier. That one was inspired by Lauralot's "Blaming the Gun" which is part 9 of the 28-part series "Alexander Pierce should have did slower." BananaWombat provides links in "The Other Winter Soldiers" for pictures as Bucky testifies in court that he was not the only Winter Soldier. In "open the door to heaven or hell" by chaosy, Bucky's defense attorney's are Matt Murdock and Foggy Nelson. Then there is "Arsonist's Lullably" by charmingcontender. Bucky is held in a high security holding cell with 24/7 video feed while awaiting trial. Steve shows his darker, protective side when he realized that the verdict has already been decided even before the trial starts. And he just will NOT have that. This same author also wrote "A Flaw in My Code" which is a longer version of that same basic story.

And "The Best Revenge" is also one of my favorites.
