I'm looking for a certain fic I read awhile back. Odin looks for a bride for Thor at a meeting of rulers and is convinced Loki is the right one. I know not much to go on but any help is appreciated.

There's A Fine Match (http://archiveofourown.org/works/546410) by Smuttysmutwriter, which is the sequel to The Plate of Fidelity and Harmonious Love (http://archiveofourown.org/works/544812), that has a similar scene:
