Hi I'm looking for a story that takes place after Captain America Winter Soldier two of HYDRA's worker's don't understand why they are being put on trial for there roles in the treatment of James Buchanan Barnes. They did not see him as a person so they don't feel that what they did was wrong.

I am sure I have read this and its more they didn't KNOW the Winter Soldier was a person...
Now I have to find the story... off to search my mountain of bookmarks.
