Steve and Tony on the Run

I am looking for an Avengers story (obviously) that was based off the comic version of Civil War. I don't remember much, but Steve and Tony are on the run, keeping ahead of I think Osborne so that Tony can do something that will stop him from doing what he is, and I think Tony is dieing or something like that, but whatever Tony is doing, they can't stop.
Tony is really sick and run down, but they can't stop except for brief periods of time.
In one scene they stop at I think Luke Cages place, and Tony is absolutely hated by everyone for what he's done, and no one treats him well at all.
