There's a "Jotunn Loki" tag on AO3, http://archiveofourown.org/tags/Jötunn%20Loki/works - but it's a lot of fics. You can start there and the use the filters on the right-hand side to narrow it down by pairing.

I'm currently going through the Fárbauti/Laufey on AO3 because there are a lot of Jotunn!Loki on Jotunheim fics (either he's taken back, never left, etc.)
