If you mean ideas that you want to see other people write, you can search for the ideas and see if they've been written before here, or you could go to a kinkmeme and put the ideas in as possible fills.

If you mean fic ideas that you've written as fic and want to know where to post, I'd advise AO3 if you have/can get an account.
