Tony Fixes Bucky's arm

I read a fic where Steve and Bucky show up (I think at Malibu) to ask Tony to fix Bucky's arm, but I can't find it again. It was a WIP at the time. I'm pretty sure it was Pepper/Tony, too, although I can't remember if it was Steve/Bucky. The frustration levels are high with this one, because I really like stories where Tony fixes Bucky's arm. So, as my first venture into the comm... help?

I'm afraid that while I'm pretty sure I read that fic, I can't remember the title or anything about it. I'm sorry.
