Team!Fic, OT6, or more Search and Recs

I have a hankering for good ol' team!fics, there are some really great ones out there. I'm a fan of the H/C. Any recs?

Also searching for two fics in particular:
1. Team!Fic, after missions the Thor arranges the team into a big puppy pile, members added as they go along (Fury, for one)
2. Another team!fic, revolving around the human members of the Avengers and how the others are not so happy when they get hurt, and taking care of them afterward - Nat and Clint, also Coulson thrown in for good measure (cuz he's not dead, demmit!)

tl;dr - Clint's social skills are rudimentary at best, and now he lives with all these people he doesn't know and they keep wanting to talk to him and he's just sitting there like how do I social.
