Avengers in the Police force or Law related??

Hi :), I'm searching for an specific fic, but anything related to the Avengers, them being part of the Police or the Law that will be awesome!!

The specific fic I'm looking for it has a scene where the Avengers are trying to take someone out of a building and they say that Thor passes on his motorcycle doing stunts and all!!! I think is Tony/Steve but I'm not totally sure!!

The Avengers are a group of detectives in New York (I think). I remember the scene with Thor being the distraction.

I thought someone else would mention this, a very big series called Motion Practice, where the Avengers are DAs and support staff in a county in Long Island. Over a million words so far, lots of pairings and drama.

Thank you!! I know and totally love the Motion Practice universe, is one of the reasons why I love Cops and Law stories related to the Avengers!!

Sadly they are really hard to get!!
