Secific search and two general requests

I'm going to feel stupid when I find it, but I'm looking for a fic where Pepper makes a statement to the press advising that Tony isn't an Avenger and everything he's done in the aftermath of the Chitauri was just him and nothing to do with Shield. Fury phones Steve immediately afterwards and tells him he'll have to be the public face of the Avengers.

I'm also looking for:

Any fics that have Tony helping rebuild New York - it would be a bonus if someone's surprised to find out about it

Any fics that show Tony dealing with the press and being in complete control.

How about, for the second, "Truth, Lies, and the Tipping Point" by BlackEyed Girl. Tony certainly gets in control of the press in this story, in his own inimitable style.
