1. Thor/Loki. It takes place after the movie. The bad guy kidnaps Thor and he's now controlling him and Loki goes to recue him with the avengers.

2. Steve/Tony. Tony is in high school and he's still iron man but Pepper and Rhodey also have suits. He's in SHIELD and he's in the room with frozen!steve and he wakes him up. i remember it's long but i don't remmeber where I read it.

2. Could it be Living in the Future (http://archiveofourown.org/works/399804) by Closer? It's set in the Iron Man:Armored Adventures universe where Tony is in high school and he's the one who figures out how to wake up Steve.
