Tony is getting into a car, when he is stopped/kidnapped and questioned about how he obtained vibranium (new reactors core) because Wakanda did not provide him any. At some point I think the Black Panther had hacked into a Stark server to leave a message

The Avengers find Bucky but he stays locked in hulk container til 'reprogrammed'. Even after, Bucky doesnt want to talk to Steve, until Tony (I think) talks to him about how hes hurting Steve

Pretty sure its a modern verse au. Tony becomes friends with Steve and for some reason takes DumDums mom on a tour of New York
