This story is onAO3 but I can't remember the title. There's a scene in a story where people were doing stuff to bruce's lab work at SHIELD to try and make him angry and word about it got out to the press and it garnered a lot of public sympathy. I'm looking for any stories that have a people trying to get bruce angry over a period of time to hulk out.
