Hey, I would like any Loki fics where he is well written.

Not just some wet blanket, not a blubbering mess, nor any other sort of Loki where he doesn't seem to be.. Well, Loki-ish.

I want the BAMF Lokis, the Loki who is still a trickster, the Loki who weaves lies like your grandmother knits scarves. The Loki who may endure some real fucked up shit, but still finds ways to make it benefit him(Or if not benefit him, turn it into a negative for those who caused it to him also). Maybe slightly insane Loki.

Could be kid loki, teen, adult, on his deathbed, in the womb, shapeshifter, gender changes, frost giant, with kids, whatever.

Any verse, MCU, Comics, AU, Crossover, whatever. Long fic, short fic, angst, romance, horror, comedy, anything. Any pairing at all.

Please guys. I've read some bloody amazing fics the past week, and would love to keep up with the reading material.

EDIT: Thank you all so much so far for your recs! Really, really appreciated. I'm slowly working my way through them now. I figured it would be easier to edit the main post to say thanks instead of responding to each of you.

I got some pretty good recs when I asked something similar, I'll pick a few of my faves out for you. These are all blends of MCU and Norse myth, with an appropriately weird/dreamlike setting and lots of action:

The old kings buried their treasures and their ghosts below Asgard that no one would ever touch them, but Loki has the map, the key, and a brother hungry for adventure.
Hands down my fave Loki fic, featuring BAMF tiny!Loki. Simultaneously charming and sad, with great atmosphere and tension.

AU after Thor. This is Sif POV, but has strong Loki characterization.

Crossover with HP Lovecraft, this (and the characterization of Loki within it) is delightfully dark and creepy

Saga (http://archiveofourown.org/series/29174) by Teyke (65k words) features a Loki you can really believe as the god of lies.

There's also this short little piece (http://archiveofourown.org/works/264104") from pprfaith which I think is an interesting look at Loki in the context of destiny and myth. Also features Tony and bonus Steve.
