Pepper/Tony/?

A while ago I read a fic that I think was Pepper/Tony/someone (I think Steve?  or maybe Bruce).   I think it was long and a get-together fic but I can't remember much more.

The only scene I can remember is where Pepper realizes that Tony has redesigned her toothbrush in the middle of the night to make it better, and she asks Jarvis to get a patent on it.

Or any other Pepper/Tony/someone fic would be welcome too!
