Several things for you, all friendship related.

Undercover (http://archiveofourown.org/works/546184/chapters/972202) is awesome and a bit heartachy but so very believable. Natasha never breaks cover. Never.

One of my favorite fics in fandom, Days Like This (http://archiveofourown.org/works/988600/chapters/1950105). There are repercussions to having an arc reactor. Natasha supports when she can.

I noticed Best Kept Secret is already recced, and it is awesome. I also wanted to link Childhood is the Kingdom Where Nobody Dies (http://archiveofourown.org/works/904690) even though it leans more on the team dynamics (with some more emphasis on Steve-Tony) because the interactions and relationship between Natasha and Tony are definitely highlights of this freaking amazing story.
