Non-creepy-Loki ship-fic?

Does this exist?

I'd really love to read a Loki-centric fic where he's not creepy/controlling/dark/etc. towards his love interest.  I realise this means it'll be OOC, and I should feel ashamed of myself for requesting it, but I would just like a more positive spin on a Loki romance.

Any pairing is fine, het or slash, so long as it's Loki/someone.  Any genre, crossovers fine, AUs too, etc, etc.  Basically, so long as it's a non-creepy-Loki ship-fic, I'll be happy.

Please help?

Umm ... pretty sure this is the opposite of what I'm looking for: where he's NOT controlling his love interest.

The story summary mentions brainwashing, the first chapter has it happening, and in the first sentence of the second chapter he calls her his 'pet'.

I'll skim a bit more. Maybe things do a major turn-around real early into it. Thanks anyway.

ETA: Aaaaand, it turns out? It does make a turn-around. Sorry for judging too quickly. Still the beginning bothers me a bit.

Sorry about that. I read it as a WIP so it's been a long time since I've read the first few chapters. But from what I remember it makes an incredibly quick turn around.

My favorite Loki/someone fic is a Loki/Tony series called Hand in Mine by Arkada. http://archiveofourown.org/series/25067 Loki is not creepy, and the relationship between Loki and Tony develops very well. The first fic in the series has a pretend rape scene to get Loki and Tony out of trouble, but the sex is consensual. Check all the tags before you read just is case you don't like something though. It is a great series. All of Arkada's work is great.

sooo... I'm not the OP but i've a quick question. i've read the first story of this but the tags (So much Angst!) kinda scared me away from finishing. so my question is, is the angst really that bad? is it still worth reading even if it is really angsty, or should i just save that for when i'm in an angst mood?

you should probably save it for a angst mood because it is really angst. Everything turns out okay in all the stories, but it takes a while for that to happen. It's more tense angst, like 'omg what's going to happen, poor babies' then a 'oh god i can't go on' angst. If that helps? I just really love the series and the sex scenes are fantastic.

Sam is one of the best:). Check also his Coulson's Eleven - another MCU AU, with hints of Loki/Natasha. Nothing really happens in the story itself, but it's a good fun read.

Glorious purposes are overrated by far, Loki has found out.
What really matters is what your heart wants, and how there could be people who will have your back regardless of what you've done or been.
A take on the psychological mess that is Loki Odinson Laufeyson, Liesmith and bag of cats. Watch him grow and self-reflect, be torn apart and mended again, surprised, open, frightened, and in the end, loved.
(The first part of this starts out kinda depressing with a lot of loneliness and guilt on Loki's part, but it ends up pretty fluffy. The second part is a wip, but it's been pure fluff so far. It might be able to stand alone if you want to skip the first)
