Disappearing Tony!

avengers_searchWell it has been a while since I've posted here, and in a way that is both good and bad, lol. Anyway, the point of this post is that I am looking for stories where Tony disappears after Afghanistan. Similar to that of KeroseneSteve's story Circles of Rust. However, the the thing is I know I've seen stories similar but different to Circles of Rust posted I just don't remember what they are, or where they are located.
If anyone knows of a story like this in anyway please reply!

In an AU, instead of taking out Tony's arc-reactor, Obadiah Stane kidnapped Tony, faked his death in a "lab accident", imprisoned him, and forced him to design weapons for Stane. Bruce is going about his day hacking Stark Industries to learn more about the Hulkbuster weapons when he comes across some discrepancies in the code--subtle things, like inefficient loops in otherwise streamlined code, bizarre variable names, or incorrect comments. Intrigued, he goes through all the code of SI's weapons industry, comes up with a pattern, and finds the messages Tony has been hiding in the code. And then he goes and busts Tony out. Lots of badassery, including on Tony's part--he may be defeated, but he's not broken.

The world thinks Tony Stark is dead after being captured in Afghanistan by the Ten Rings. He's not, he's actually in New Mexico running a diner with Bruce Banner. They watch from the sidelines as the country is torn apart until one day Phil Coulson pays his tab, the god of Thunder shows up in town and Steve Rogers learns his ex-boyfriend isn't as dead as Nick Fury has lead him to believe.
I haven't read it because it's a WIP that hasn't been updated for a while. But the summary matches your search criteria...so...hope it helps =)
