Okay, I think this is an avengers fic: Tony is badly injured during a fight and while in hospital he thinks that everyone is at the hospital and worried because someone else on the team was hurt. He doesn't think they are there for him because he doesn't feel like part of the team. He keeps asking who it is and finally they make it clear to him that it is him. Any ideas?
