Bruce and the Hulk get separated

avengers_searchI'm looking for a fic but I can't remember the title or who wrote it or even where I read it.
What I remember is that somehow Bruce and the Hulk get separated. And Tony is all about trying to help. I think the Hulk ends up in an adamantium cell and Tony keeps going in to talk to him and gets the other avengers go in too and there's like... Steve helps with cleaning him and there's finger painting and other developmental type stuff. And Bruce sits around not dealing with it all is and refusing to see Hulk.
Basically Hulk is Bruce's 3 year old self's ID and the need eachother. This story may or may not have been Bruce/Tony.
