I remember a fic in which Nick Fury has various things he does with the team members to help keep them sane, basically. I remember that he cross-dressed Steve and was complimentary and kind to him, and that with Bruce he verbally abused him and then fucked him really roughly. Afterward he asks if Bruce wants to hang out, watch some TV, whatever, but Bruce refuses.

This is driving me CRAZY. Thanks for any help you can give.

In the new Avnegers movie Fury is a total (excuse my French) asshole to them. Giving them the cards that were not even in Coulson's pocket, hiding that he was going to make weapons, etc.
Now think if he really did fake Coulson's death?? That is a way lower level.
